“Prices are usually the lowest in the area, but the lines to get to a pump are crazy! Sam's should definitely plan the layout better in their future locations. Pumps are slow as is the payment processing.”

“I am blown away by the kindness the pharmacy staff showed me today. Saturday they close at 6, not 7, which I didn't think to check about before showing up. I walked up right at 6pm, and it would have been so easy and justifiable for the pharmacy to send me away but they were kind enough to do my quick pick up before leaving for the day! I get sick without my medication, and I was so worried because they close on Sundays so I would be without for 2 days (and it would have been completely my fault!) But the staff went truly above and beyond to make sure I was able to get my needed medication. Never have I received that level of care and customer service at any pharmacy. Thank you so much!

“I have been a customer at Bitting's a few times and they never fail, but let me just tell you about this past week’s visit! Dafney, who is always a bright light, really outdid herself! I was accompanying my parents to a doctor appointment for my Dad, after which we desperately needed to get him fitted for some compression socks, per the doctor. I knew that if we waited, we might be headed into the next week before we got them, so we hurried across the street to Bitting’s before they closed. I ran in at almost 5:00 to explain what we needed and asked how to go about it. Dafney just smiled and immediately dropped what she was doing to assist me. It’s like she could sense my stress and need for guidance! She asked about Dad’s measurements and I told her we didn’t have them but that I could get them and come back. She looked right at me and said “if he’s in the car, let’s go!” She grabbed a measuring tape, pen and paper and followed me out to the car where she promptly and efficiently measured my Dad’s legs while he was sitting in the car! Did I mention it was quite cold out??? We went back in and proceeded to pick out the right socks, right down to being sure he was happy with the color! I then expressed my concern about us being able to get them on him in his condition. Again, even though they were about to close, she jumped right in! She said it’d be best to have him come in, but that rather than get his power chair out, we could just use their wheelchair. She proceeded to help up choose the best tool for our needs, and then demonstrate and teach us how to don the socks! This may not sound like much, maybe it just sounds like “she was doing her job”, but in this day and age… people simply aren’t willing to go out of their way to help and put that special touch on their “job”. I feel like we live in a time in which most do the bare minimum, IF THAT! Dafney never acted like we were an inconvenience. She never got frustrated with us or impatient as we made choices and decisions and learned. Instead, she listened and observed and looked for ways to make OUR lives easier. It’s big for me to brag on someone in a place of business because my standards are high. I give this same kind of care in my profession and I recognize it when I see it. Dafney is the epitome of caring. She isn’t just “doing her job”. We will never forget what she did to help us. For this kind of personal, small town feel, for this kind of treatment and care and for this kind of commitment to details… we will always be back! Thank you for making a difference, Dafney! Shout out to you and your kindness and professionalism and to Bitting’s for caring about who represents their quality…”

“Arrived at Sam’s Automotive due to a tire issue. Was met by Brendon who was heaven sent. I’d just left the dealership where I was told a tire was separating. Knowing nothing about tires, Brendon was very patient I showing me the wear differences on the tires, how to tell the year, how much tread was left and I appreciated that he was concerned about my safety in driving with the tire but he wasn’t overbearing in trying to make a sale. He suggested several options, which I also appreciated. With me having very little knowledge about it all, I sincerely appreciated that he’s warm and personable. Sam’s definitely has a great team member in him. I left the dealership very uneasy and. It really knowing the next best move. Brendon provided reassurance which I’m thankful for! Excellent customer care and service!!!!”

“They are a private pharmacy only going to facilities. No home deliveries or in store . They are closed to people. You can NOT show up or go inside because everyone gets their medications brought to the facility and then disbursed to residents.
We have had Mike take care if all of our medications at the facility we live at. They deliver with such kindness to assisted living facilities and whatever other business uses them. If you live in an Assiisted Living Facility, I recommend calling IMS and speaking to one of the staff about them delivering or not to your ALF.
They go above and beyond to get your medication to your facility the sane day it's called into IMS.
5 stars ? ????all day 24/7. Great people who don't make mistakes like so many others.”

“So quick and easy to navigation, I love the extra verification steps.. usually earlier than set for. I switched from 20 years with Walgreens. The drive thru is never backed up, like CVS or Walgreens, that are literally all in a row in one intersection. I ask why a pharmacy would just mess things up.. long wait times, but not at Walmart, they actually check your list, get new scripts filled. I completely reckoned this pharmacy.”
“I stopped in to send a package through Fedex but found out that you have to have a preprinted label as they are not able to print them on-site. Also, the mailers need to be purchased through the store before mailing. Best to have your mailer in hand with the preprinted label and then go in and send it. It will save you time.”
“I love Sams Club, but this Sam’s is horribly busy. To get gas there are dangerous lines out onto the street. Not only is the back street busy, but traffic overflows onto 200 and traffic in the right lane is stopped! The guy at the gas pumps is really very efficient, if the cars would follow his instruction. I go through the self checkout because I don’t want to load it, unload it, reload it, push it outside, unload it, drive home and unload it. Whew! The employees at Sam’s are always pleasant!”

“I am not sure why the average is really low in stars because I really had no complaints. I have been visiting this location since we moved close by last year. I have had the Care Pass membership for years now and each month, I am given $10 to use on most items in the store. I have purchased all sorts of items with my monthly allowance lol. There were even some months I did not really need anything so I used it to buy candy for hubs and dog toys. Like most restrictions, you cannot use it on prescriptions or alcohol.I like this location because I really never had an issue and it is usually very quiet. There was only one incident that was outside of someone passed out on the side of the store and the cops were called to assess the situation. The employee working was very calm and professional that night. I have only dealt with the cashiers here and not the pharmacists so I cannot speak on that experience. This store usually has items in stock but they can be pricey. The feminine products I use are mostly in stock so that makes me happy. The store is generally clean and tidy. Some aisles are more narrow than others, which can be difficult to maneuver when there are strange people in the store and are clueless. The staff at the front have always been friendly and helpful. If I am purchasing something simple or there are several people on line, I will generally use the self checkout.”

“The Winn-Dixie Liquor Store in the Ocala National Forest on State Road 40 has the nicest people working there. Particularly the lady with the German accent. I've shopped there for years and found that to be true each and every time I've shopped there. They greet you as soon as you enter the store and are always helpful and friendly from first to last.”
