“Larsa Pharmacy is truly exceptional! We have had nothing but wonderful experiences, from the friendly service to the consistently smooth and easy prescription pick-ups. A special thank you to the pharmacist, Bilal, who has always been incredibly kind, attentive, and helpful. We especially appreciate how he takes the time to carefully explain each medication and answer any questions we may have. His patience, professionalism, and genuine care never go unnoticed. We are so grateful for Bilal and the entire Larsa Pharmacy team. Thank you for always providing such excellent and caring service! Highly recommend! ❤”

“I rarely leave reviews, but Wesley Chapel RX truly deserves recognition. Switching from large chain pharmacies to Wesley Chapel RX was one of the best decisions I’ve made. Their customer service is exceptional — they are always responsive, provide timely updates, and reach out promptly if any additional information is needed. Prescriptions are filled efficiently, and orders are consistently handled on time. It’s reassuring to know we can always count on them. I’ve been so impressed with their service that my husband and several coworkers have switched as well. Outstanding customer service, competitive pricing, and an overall excellent experience. I highly recommend them.”

“Called here trying to find a medication for my pet. They did not have the RX, but I can say that the staff member I spoke to was so friendly and understanding. Even suggesting where I may be able to find it before they could get it in since it was a much needed RX.”

“I have been so amazed at the wonderful and superior service that Georgina (Gina) gave to me. My mother's wheel chair broke down and the maintenance man at my mother's assisted living facility could not fix it because a piece of metal had broken. I ordered two other wheel chairs from Amazon since I lived far away from my mother. Both wheelchairs had wheel locks that were in the back of the chair, a place where my mother could not reach. I was frustrated by the time I called Graceland Pharmacy and talked with Gina. I was so impressed with her service especially now-a-days when workers are not very helpful. She took photos of the two wheelchairs that met my mother's needs and I picked out a wheelchair that I thought would work. It was in-stock so she took my credit card info and delivered it the same day I called. At all times she kept me informed of the progress of the delivery. Now that is super service! Thanks Gina and thank you Graceland Pharmacy.”

“I've been a CVS Pharmacy client for YEARS. I've never once had a bad experience. I already miss Dan so much! Joytica is professional, responsive, friendly and always greets with a smile. Even if I don't have a prescription to pick up, when I'm near the counter I have to stop by to say hello to this amazing team. In the past, I've had different pharmacies, but never had the family feel I have with the CVS in Target in Wesley Chapel.”

“I saw that this stores reviews were not the best so I had to come and give my experience. This store has always been fantastic! I have lived near here for over 13 years and the staff has always been wonderful so I can’t understand why the reviews aren’t good. They greet you when you walk in and are always happy to help with anything you need. Not a lot of places have this “above and beyond” customer service anymore. I love my neighborhood CVS and hope it is always here. Great job everyone that works here I appreciate all that you do! 🥰”

“I love Sam's. It is not nearly as chaotic as Costco. The Scan and Go feature in the app is awesome. The fruit is always good. I even bought my flooring from them and it was such high quality for a great price.”

“I’ve had a lot of good experiences in this pharmacy. Tonight a gentleman by the name of Zach spent time with me to help me understand the medication that I’m taking. I’ve had a lot of health problems and the kindness. He shared really meant a lot. You have a great staff and I really appreciate Zach”

“I cannot remember the pharmacists name, but I went in with my mom after she was released from the hospital. She was unable to pay for Eliquis, as we were not expecting it to be $500. The pharmacist was so helpful, quick to help and understanding. Gave us a 10 day supply, giving us time to try to figure out if there was an alternative. I went back to pick up additional medication 2 weeks later, and again she was quick to assist a mix up with the order. Fixed it while we were shopping. I will update when I get her name. But the service, understanding, and kindness are invaluable to your store.”

“I had an excellent experience at CVS pharmacy in Wesley Chapel Florida store 8396. Pharmacist Malick went above and beyond to help me--he took the time to clearly explain my medicine, answered all my questions, corrected a mistake on the part of my doctor's scrip. and made me feel comfortable before I left. It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Malick's professionalism and kindness really stood out. CVS is lucky to have him--this is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back. J. Youra”

“This pharmacy is incredible. Everyone there are friendly and so helpful. They’re constantly looking at different drugs, prescriptions looking things up. It’s almost like you have to be a detective these days to work in a pharmacy. And as I’m waiting in line, I noticed they are kind and accommodating to everyone. Just today Chelsie went out of her way to call different Walmart pharmacies to see if they had my medication that has had a shortage for months. She then called me to let me know that she found some and forwarded my prescription to them for me to go and pick up. Just a kind thing to do and I am so appreciative.”

“You can't beat the prices. For like $1.50 you get a massive hot dog and fountain drink. I'm not sure what the negative reviews are for, you can't eat lunch anywhere for $1.50.”

“One: Do not buy the car wash! It's $7 and a waste of money my car was covered in leftover soap when it was done and honestly just not a good wash. Two: we went to the cafe after shopping because you work up an appetite well they didn't have the salad like the one in Brandon has so I went with a hotdog and pizza for the kids and also got a pretzel. The food was fine, it came out quickly and the drink machine area and tables were being cleaned every so often while we were there. They had plenty of condiments for the food. Not a bad lunch”

“This Sam's was a pleasant shopping experience. The items we needed were well stocked. Using the app feature of Scan and go is so convenient! You scan the items and pay on the app. As you walk out the sensors pick up your bar code. If you only have a few items, they don't usually need to scan one before exiting. Very easy and fast!”

“We are always ready to give bad reviews BUT I want to take a moment and thank Kathryn and Shannon from the Photo Center for saving the day! I came to pick up my business cards for an event today and they did not come out as expected. Shannon and Kathryn went to work and got them reprinted and cut perfectly and quickly. Thank you so much for putting up with my venting and saving my day. You two are amazing human beings and great staff . Bless you both.”

“Walgreens has consistently been my go-to pharmacy and retail destination, and my experiences have been nothing short of exceptional. The convenience of having a Walgreens nearby has made it my preferred choice for various needs. The pharmacy services at Walgreens have been consistently reliable. Whether it's filling prescriptions, getting over-the-counter medications, or seeking advice from the knowledgeable pharmacy staff, I've always found the service to be prompt and helpful. The pharmacists are approachable, answering any questions I may have with expertise and care. The retail section of Walgreens offers a diverse range of products, from health and wellness items to everyday essentials. The layout is well-organized, making it easy to navigate and find what I need. The store is clean, well-maintained, and adequately stocked. Additionally, the photo department at Walgreens has been a lifesaver for me. The ability to print photos conveniently and the range of personalized photo gifts available make it a one-stop-shop for all my photo-related needs. The staff at Walgreens deserves commendation for their friendly and helpful demeanor. Whether it's the cashier at the checkout or an employee in the aisles, I've always encountered a welcoming and customer-oriented attitude.”

“Came in randomly to pick up a prescription that had just been sent as I was out and hoping maybe I'd get lucky. Rodene at the pharmacy is such a professional. What a considerate person. They were honest about being able to fill it and I only had to wait 5 minutes. This place is always busy so I really appreciate the courtesy. If she's at the counter, try to get in her lane for the fastest service.”
