“My battery failed after pumping gas!!!! Five cars behind me. The gas attendant attempted put give me a job. It didn't work but he tried. So him and the gentleman that was in front of me pushed me to the side. While sitin the car trying to get ahold of Geigo for a tow the gentleman asked if he could try one more to give me a job I said it couldn't hurt. It started gave the guy a hug and went straight to repair shop. Goes to show there are still good people in the world.”

“I have been so amazed at the wonderful and superior service that Georgina (Gina) gave to me. My mother's wheel chair broke down and the maintenance man at my mother's assisted living facility could not fix it because a piece of metal had broken. I ordered two other wheel chairs from Amazon since I lived far away from my mother. Both wheelchairs had wheel locks that were in the back of the chair, a place where my mother could not reach. I was frustrated by the time I called Graceland Pharmacy and talked with Gina. I was so impressed with her service especially now-a-days when workers are not very helpful. She took photos of the two wheelchairs that met my mother's needs and I picked out a wheelchair that I thought would work. It was in-stock so she took my credit card info and delivered it the same day I called. At all times she kept me informed of the progress of the delivery. Now that is super service! “I cannot remember the pharmacists name, but I went in with my mom after she was released from the hospital. She was unable to pay for Eliquis, as we were not expecting it to be $500. The pharmacist was so helpful, quick to help and understanding. Gave us a 10 day supply, giving us time to try to figure out if there was an alternative.
I went back to pick up additional medication 2 weeks later, and again she was quick to assist a mix up with the order. Fixed it while we were shopping.
I will update when I get her name. But the service, understanding, and kindness are invaluable to your store.”
“This grocery store is Great!! It is always clean, well stocked & all the employees are friendly & so helpful!! Every time I go there to shop they always have what I need!! Great sale prices also! The cashier Sammi checked my items out last time!! She greeted me with a big Smile & asked if I found everything I needed!! I Highly recommend this store!! I will be back!! Even if I don't have a prescription to pick up, when I'm near the counter I have to stop by to say hello to this amazing team. In the past, I've had different pharmacies, but never had the family feel I have with the CVS in Target in Wesley Chapel.”

“One: Do not buy the car wash! It's $7 and a waste of money my car was covered in leftover soap when it was done and honestly just not a good wash. Two: we went to the cafe after shopping because you work up an appetite well they didn't have the salad like the one in Brandon has so I went with a hotdog and pizza for the kids and also got a pretzel. The food was fine, it came out quickly and the drink machine area and tables were being cleaned every so often while we were there. They had plenty of condiments for the food. Not a bad lunch”
“I saw that this stores reviews were not the best so I had to come and give my experience. This store has always been fantastic! I have lived near here for over 13 years and the staff has always been wonderful so I can’t understand why the reviews aren’t good. They greet you when you walk in and are always happy to help with anything you need. Not a lot of places have this “above and beyond” customer service anymore. I love my neighborhood CVS and hope it is always here. Great job everyone that works here I appreciate all that you do! 🥰”

“This Sam's was a pleasant shopping experience. The items we needed were well stocked. Using the app feature of Scan and go is so convenient! You scan the items and pay on the app. As you walk out the sensors pick up your bar code. If you only have a few items, they don't usually need to scan one before exiting. Very easy and fast!”

Pharmacist Malick went above and beyond to help me--he took the time to clearly explain my medicine, answered all my questions, corrected a mistake on the part of my doctor's scrip. and made me feel comfortable before I left.
It's rare to find someone who genuinely cares about their customers, and Malick's professionalism and kindness really stood out. CVS is lucky to have him--this is the kind of customer service that keeps people coming back.

“This pharmacy is incredible. Everyone there are friendly and so helpful. They’re constantly looking at different drugs, prescriptions looking things up. It’s almost like you have to be a detective these days to work in a pharmacy. And as I’m waiting in line, I noticed they are kind and accommodating to everyone. Just today Chelsie went out of her way to call different Walmart pharmacies to see if they had my medication that has had a shortage for months. She then called me to let me know that she found some and forwarded my prescription to them for me to go and pick up. Just a kind thing to do and I am so appreciative.”

They were honest about being able to fill it and I only had to wait 5 minutes. This place is always busy so I really appreciate the courtesy.
