I'm shocked at all of the bad reviews because I like Regions and have never had a problem other than the ATM not working properly. BUT they got a new ATM and it seems to be working better.

Very rude when asked why there was a hold on my check after it was instantly taken out of my client’s account. Asked me to ask my client for a screen shot of his account showing that it was taken out which is a little embarrassing but i did. And then the bank manager asked if I wanted to wait somewhere else because it could take 7 hours i told him no that i had nothing else to do and I could wait and then he told a teller to have someone remove me. So this is not over. I will be going to another bank for my banking needs which is sad because I have been here for over 10 years and its not the same bank i started with. They put holds on checks whenever they feel like and the mobile app is garbage it only works sometimes. Do not use this bank

4/1/22. I tried to do a Bill Pay 2 days ago. It did not show on website so I tried to call at 9:00 AM. A rude woman answered after an extensive hold and simply said they were too busy and she would call me back, but never did all day. All their transactions are 2 to 3 times longer than my bank in NY. It is nearly impossible to reach a human at this bank, or the main bank number at which I was on hold for 25 min, only to be cut off by the woman that answered at exactly 5:00PM. I still dont know if my transaction is happening or not. This is a terrible, uncaring bank and my advise is to go anywhere else or double your blood pressure medication. I AM 75 YEARS OLD AND THIS IS THE WORST SERVICE I have ever experienced. Today is April13, still no money transferred by Regions bill pay, now 14 days.

It's a good thing this branch is closing.The clerk asks suggestive questions and gives ominous warningsAs well as verbal warnings when trying to withdraw monies...Manager stood by while she continued her abuses

So my fiancé and I came to this bank just two hours ago to withdrawal money from the ATM. He is a trucker and has a ComData company card that is through Regions. We go to withdrawal money from the ATM and it kept saying Transaction Cancelled. I tried to print a receipt it said Transaction Cancelled, I tried to see the balance on screen it said Transaction Cancelled so then I tried to withdrawal the money again and again it stated Transaction cancelled. So I ask my Fiancé why is the card saying that? Him nor I ever seen that before because before it allowed us to withdrawal from this EXACT same ATM. He then gets a text that money was taken from his account but we received nothing from the ATM at all because it said Transaction Cancelled. So we called the ComData card and they said call the Regions number and tell them what THEIR MACHINE just kept our money. So he proceeds to call them and we get a clerk who all in all says there is nothinggggggg they can do, they do not have access to their information. So we ask for her supervisor. Supervisor comes on and says there is NOTHING they can do. So we ask how is it people trust these banks to handle their money and they can’t protect the very people using their machines attached to their banks and why is there NOTHING they can do. So I asked, isn’t that a law suit considering there is no fine print stating use at your own risk advertised ANYWHERE on the machine? That they can potentially keep your money and literally NOT explain to you a valid reason as to why their machine acts this way?! So needless to say we’re going to look into taking action because we’re out of our rent money until we have an investigation completed against Regions which we were told would take 10-13 business days therefore causing a delay in our bills being paid. So word of advice, they will take your money and sit on it and offer no valid explanation as to why they took it because as we were told by their customer service they don’t have any way of checking into that?!
