Shelley was absolutely amazing in helping with my spring wedding in Gainesville. She did so being under a fairly decent time crunch (and during a busy event season)! She was quick to problem-solve, very fair with pricing, and went above and beyond with her customer service. I would recommend them to anyone!

Such a great experience!! The most helpful family staff. We went in for a prom dress. Tried on at least 20 dresses, and they helped my daughter through the process. We were not rushed and felt right at home. Ended up purchasing a dress, and it was unique and amazing. A hidden gem here in Ocala!

Shelley and her team did a fantastic job for our daughters' wedding! She listened to our desires for decorating and went above and beyond. It was beautiful!! She took so much stress off of me as mother of the bride. Her team were polite and thoughtful. They all worked really hard to make our event special!! Thank you so much!

The only rental place I've ever been to in 16 years where it's all self service. I don't like that all.Inside the store is set beautifully and everyone seems nice.

Such a wonderful shop with so many choices. Pam was so helpful and knowledgeable! The dresses are so clean and beautiful and are very affordable! I recommend this shop for every bride. There were so many sizes and styles!

This shop is a Diamond in the Rough! Reviewing for Bridal Appt. we made here: I thought I was gonna just try on dresses here like them but not click with a dress you know? BUT I SAID YES TO THE DRESS!! This is one of those places that may be a hit or miss because they filter often. They have what they have BUT I FOUND THE DRESS!And the staff was so so sweet and helpful. Definitely knew what they were talking about. Plus that i loved is they don't pressure ANYthing, they encourage what YOU like and actually help you express your personal self to properly assist in your event planning. I LOVE that.I had such a great Bridal dress shopping experience! And I have my brand new, gorgeous dress and wedding dress experience, AND VEIL (by the way) for a shockingly low price!!!!!! Shop/rent here, there IS more than just Bridal and wedding.

In Ocala for a horse show and decided to take time to look for a dress for my senior recital. I went in looking for one type of dress and left with the most gorgeous gown I hadn’t even imagined buying, but one that made me feel like a Hollywood starlit. The people are lovely and helpful. The prices are affordable. Shop here first and you won’t go anywhere else!

*BRIDES BEWARE*I honestly DO NOT recommend renting wedding decor or ANY decor from Event Warehouse. I paid for arrangements MONTHS prior to my wedding to ensure they’d have what I needed in stock just to be told THE DAY BEFORE that they had to use alternative greenery because they didn’t have enough in stock…. In addition, they provided candles that didn’t fit their own candlesticks for my centerpieces. When I called to address the matter, they advised me to come in and switch them out… Which was IMPOSSIBLE for me to do considering my wedding was an hour north and we were getting ready for my rehearsal dinner. On top of it, Pam is extremely unprofessional and distasteful the way she speaks to her clients. I really don’t understand how you can be in this business and be so inconsiderate. As a bride, weddings are already stressful enough and Pam made it WAY WORSE. I have deterred a few of my friends looking to rent from here for their spring weddings because I would hate for another bride to have to go through that.I will say, they did end up refunding me for the candles and candlesticks not used, but it’s not about the money. It’s about the fact that I did months of preparation with Event Warehouse to bring these centerpieces to life for MY WEDDING, that ultimately turned out different the DAY BEFORE because of their negligence.
