“DriveCenter was absolutely wonderful. I came in because my battery was acting up, and after checking it, they let me know it was actually leaking battery acid. Thankfully, it was still within my warranty window. They were upfront about everything and explained what the costs would’ve been if it wasn’t covered. They got me in and out in after an hour, and my car is running perfectly again. Their honesty, clear communication, and quick service really stood out. “I didn't come here to get my car serviced in any way. I stopped in to ask if I can earn some wages due to an emergency situation with my friend's kids he didn't have anything to do to help me out in that way but the man was kind enough to speak to me address me without any judgment or anything and gave me $20 out of his pocket to help two little kids keep a hotel room for the night and lead me in the right direction to receive further assistance. It's people like this and neighborhood businesses like this that need to be supported so please come support this business If people have the heart to do things like this these are the type of people that I could trust to quote me correctly and do good work thank you again Kurt and A1 for your generosity..... “I shopped around for quotes and found Parkers tire. Called and went in and they were super friendly each time. Very easy going, honestly best customer service I have received in a long time. I was a little mislead on the quote, the way it is laid out I did not see the supplies charge at the bottom. The price was the biggest reason I chose them so I was pretty disappointed that I was not really beating the dealership price after all. However, they had been so chill and transparent with me so far that it was hard to be upset. Tom had called me about an hour after drop off and said that he was looking at my brakes and thought I could bypass the service for now if I wanted. I decided to continue and he asked if there was a time I’d like to have it done by which I said “lunch would be great” and alas, it was done and ready by then. You don’t see great customer service and honesty everywhere these days so there is a high chance I will be returning. If prices become competitive to the dealership, I will probably come back for the next 25 years. Thank you James and Tom for all your help”

Also, brought back to life a car that had been carport sitting for years. Up, running, washed and vacuumed. Looks brand new and runs great. They went way out-of-the way on this one.
They are a complete shop...from wipers, to diagnostics, to engine rebuilds. Hard to find a team like this. Highly recommend...5 plus stars.”

“Went there to get 2 tires mounted and to my surprise they weren’t the average tire shop they went above and beyond on my service, they were very knowledgeable about my everything concerning and affecting my tires , I learned my tie rods needed replacing because the outer part of my tires were wareing out , they greased and polished my studs and they were very nice a straight. “I have lived in Ocala for 15 years. I have used 3 other major shops in the area. I have 5 cars, 3 of which are Muscle cars that I will only accept top level work, and I want only the best for my cars. It is for those reasons I am loyal to Brain at Bednar's auto repair. I have 3 dozen or more receipts from the shop over the last 8+ years I have used them. Brian has done every from putting in a new transmission, installed a Holley Sniper EFI system in two of my cars, fix rear axel problems, new 4 wheel disc systems, AC and a myriad of other repairs on my cars. He is the best in town, and is honest, unlike some other shops in town. I know him well and he knows my standards, and he always calls with the estimate prior to conducting repairs. Net, net he is class act, and I have full confidence in the work he performs.”
