When the young man asked me "Can I help you?", I told him what I needed and he took me straight to it. Handed it to me. Then walked me back up front and checked me out. Really professional gentleman.

Beauchamp is a French name therefore it must be pronounced as the French would (Bo-shom). used to always be greeted with a smile here, and they were helpful, years ago, not recently, I wonder why?
