Absolute worst electric company I’ve dealt with. They are the only electric company to get electric from in the area, this allows them to treat people any way they like. Good luck getting these engineers and people to do anything. They couldn’t even give me a phone call within the same week I paid them up. I guess we should have told them they can’t have any money till I see work. The engineer came out in the week and put out two flags. This would have been a great time to make contact and let me know what you are doing on my property. No, you snook out and just placed a little flag to get you to Thursday so you are off Friday and don’t have to deal with it. Stop dealing with customers and start taking care of them.

While the power does at times seem to go out without hardly a light breeze, whether we talk to the automated system or report online they generally respond in a decent amount of time. Also, with a co op we are not just customers, we are also share holders. It's always in their best interest to do what needs to be done to restore power to their customers.

It just isn't good, outages weekly without there even being any heavy rain or lightning whatsoever. Their infrastructure just is NOT made to withstand Florida obviously when Gulf Power residents keep power rain or shine. Not to mention the time it took for power to be restored to users after Hurricane Michael compared to others was absolutely horrendous.

New customer & new service, they have been more then helpful. When we did connect and was ready to turn on the power the transformer was bad. Called and spoke to a very sweet lady and they were at our property within 30 -45 minutes and fixed the problem AND it was after hours. Thank y’all so much and We appreciate your hard work.

If I could move somewhere Right now I would just not to have to deal with wfec they have no compassion they don't care who they talk to how they talk to you or nothing else I just they were the worst electric company that I have ever dealt with and I've dealt with many of them and by far they have the cake

If I could give zero stars, I would. Been out of power for 16 hours now after a Beasley tropical storm. No one will answer at any of the 3 offices. It just stays in the automated system. Really irritated!

Power is always out even before the hurricane and it doesn’t even have to be a bad storm. Get a little wind and no power. Hope they get bought out. Someone needs to overhaul the whole system. HATE not having the option of power companies because I definitely would never choose them!

Sometimes you simply have to put the human back in the equation, I always go to the office for business and all always been treated as a VIP, because we are stock holders as well as customers, so quit complaining and either call during business hours, and I have never waited more then 30 min before a return call, maybe you should try to resolve your personal reasons in person. They will do everything they can to help.

I am a VET who over the years have lived in.many location, many not that good. I tell this so when I say this is the worst Electric Company,it is not a statement to be taken lightly... I understand bottom line, but this place cares NOTHING ABOUT THE PEOPLE THEY SERVE...

Your automated answering service is a joke and a complete waste of time. You have collected millions of dollars in the area for decades and SHOULD be able to have a system in place so that CUSTOMERS could reach a live person instead of a machine or a busy signal!
