“I had a package delivered to the wrong address on the 29th. I filed a misdeliverd package report around 1 pm on the 30th, I received a call shorty after, I believe Aniya or Anita helped me find out where the package had been delivered to she called and dispatched a Carrier to retrieve it. I received the item same day just a few hours later. To the Aniya or Anita at the post office (Im sorry I can't remember your name) I really appreciate it and the short resolution time, I tried to leave you feedback on the survey after the call but it disconnected and I wasn't able to.”
