This place never disappoints with supplies you need and the best customer service you could ask for. The service you receive is like the old days when people actually cared and they give you the attention that no big box store could hold a flame to! I’ve been to this store many times as I live right down the road in Mt. Plymouth. On this last visit I was in need of some fill dirt for a project I was completing. John was quick to ask me if I needed help as soon as I walked in the door. He engaged as if he were actually helping me with the job itself. He shared great ideas as we were brainstorming about the right solution to what I was working on. If you are ever in the area or live anywhere near this Ace location then please go give them the business rather then the Home Depot and Lowe’s! You won’t regret the experience. I have been going here for years to fill my propane tanks they have the best service around! I had a issue with my tank and they helped me out immediately I'm so pleased with the service at this location. Thank you to all the employees for the help & especially the manager James.

Was just helped by an absolutely fantastic employee! I am horrid with remembering names. I walked out of the store, drove down three blocks, and said I should write this review before I forgot his name, and yet here I am with that very issue. I believe his name was either Jason or John and I’m so sorry I forgot. Regardless, he was extremely kind and took the time to figure out how to reload my weed-eater and show me how to do so in the future. I messed with that thing for over an hour and he did it in minutes and saved me at least another 2 hours.

This is where I get my propane tanks filled, along with grabbing a few items I need from time to time. The associates there are always so friendly and helpful. I enjoy going there.

I had to return something I mistakenly purchased. The team helped me find the proper part I needed and the check out process with the returned item was so easy. The staff are so helpful, patient and courteous. I'm thankful this is my local Ace!
