I met a young man named Evan Shard who has not only been a representative for me for Verizon, but also turned out to be one of my best friends. He came with awesome customer service and a great personality. Every time I would purchase a new phone he would be there for me even when he wasn't working. I have had nothing but an excellent experience with him and the store as a whole. I wouldn't dream of going to anyone else for any phone or tablet help. As a matter of fact I try to send as many customers to him as I can, knowing that he has given me such wonderful service over the four years. “I absolutely love this particular store because everyone is so friendly! Which brings me to my sales associate Ali! So I had an issue that started at another store and decided to go to the Metro PCS on Semoran Blvd. When I got there right away I was greeted by Ali, I told her my issues I was having, I was pretty upset at the sales associate at another store & I wasn't sure if my problems would have been solved. Well Ali, being the A+ SUPER STAR associate that she is took the time to listen. Right away she reassured me that we will try and fix my problem. Needless to say Ali came through like a Champ! Not only did she fix ALL the issues I was having but she went the extra mile to make sure I left her store with the Metro PCS VIP treatment! I got the fast, friendly service with a smile! & They got another satisfied customer! “So I have recently switched to Metro PCS. This store is beyond the greatest here in Apopka. I went to another store by sunnys BBQ to add my daughter on to my account and they told me it was going to be $150.00 to add her on to my account which I found to be ridiculous. So I called another store to see what the price was with them. I ended up spending $150.00 but I got a new phone and 3 tablets for my younger kids. as well as a case and screen protector for my kids phone. At the end of the day this store goes above and beyond what they should have done to assist me. I would recommend them to anyone that has metro”

“Will be going here for my gas and snack needs for now on. Was going to circle k spending at least 300$ a week between gas, cigarettes and snacks. Then they tried to charged me 3$ for an empty foam cup, didn’t even have ice in it. Was annoyed and found this place. Went to the register with a small cup, this time with ice. The cashier told me I was all set and not to worry about it! I appreciated the fact that she didn’t try to nickel and dime me. And she was smart. She may of lost maybe 50 cents for a cup, but gained a customer willing to spend at least 300$ a week on goods and services, which will definitely make the company more money! Smart business call on her end! She deserve a raise for knowing how to gain and keep customers!”
