“Love the employee's and service I receive at this post office. I will go out of my way to go here before I ever go to the Apopka Post Office. All post offices could learn a thing or two from the Plymouth Post Office.”
“Excellent customer service. The clerk who assisted me and the people before and after me was super friendly and helpful. I will definitely be back if I ever need to use the US post office again. Also the location has letters that there mailed from this office back in the 1800s! Super nice touch!”
“After visiting several post offices in the area, I was pleasantly surprised with the level of service I received at this little place. The postman when above and beyond on more than one occasion to help with issues created by other offices in the area. Thanks for offering a ray of sunshine in field that seems to lack basic curiosities.”
“Very quaint post office with the best staff. Itis is a gem and super friendly. Never have a long wait (which is good because they don’t have a machine to scan prepaid labels.;) always a pleasure to come here (especially compared to my po back home!)”
“Jerome is the best. I called this office because my important documents ended up in Florida when it was supposed to be delivered to a different state. Jerome was kind and patiently helped me locate my envelope and redirect it to me. I am very thankful for his work.”
“Service was quick, easy, and friendly. Very impressed how fast I went in and out to return a blouse and the staff was helpful and nice. Will definitely return to this location.”
“Jim at the post office was great yesterday 5/31/24. I got a po box in less than 10 minutes, would have been quicker if not for my mistakes! Very helpful, asked if I had done a change of address yet. Then gave me the pamphlet and walked me through it!”
“Yo......Sorrento PO rules! Yall are the best! Keep up the good work and dont listen to the haters. Just because yall are late at delivering packages doesnt mean it is your fault yo. PO work is grueling and not much appreciated. Merry Xmas yo!”
