These people are the worst. I have had problems with 100% of deliveries from the United States postal service, literally every single delivery by them has been messed up. They lie about leaving notes on your door, they lie about people not being home to sign for packages. They need to be defunded and shut down. Amazon has proven that delivery can actually work, they just are too lazy or too stupid to be good at their job

Never answers the phone. My carrier was out and the fill in had never run a route before and ended up taking packages off my front porch that werent USPS and were deliveries made to my house by brown truck earlier in the day. Now the packages are no where to be found. No help from the girls working the front counter.

Our postal delivery person doesn’t bother to deliver certified mail to our door and simply puts a “sorry we missed you” notice in our mailbox. I work from home and watch her constantly not bother to get out of the vehicle and ring the doorbell for certified Mail. Instead the notification is put in our box. I then have to go to the post office and retrieve the mail. Tomorrow I plan to lodge a formal complaint with the postmaster - I am tired of her laziness!

Trying to call to find out about a package that was supposedly delivered to my mailbox today but its not there. However NO ONE answers the phone!! I cannot go to the post office in person due to this corona virus issue and don't know how else to reach someone there. Whats the purpose of having a phone number listed if you don't answer or at least allow me to leave a message.
