“My wait time here is always 30 minutes or less. Just went today for an oil change on my F150. I was there and waited 10 mins before they worked on my vehicle. And when they started to service it, they were done in 10 mins. Beats the 2 to 4 hr wait at the dealership plus the high cost at the dealership, even with appointment at dealerships. Will continue to come here for both of my vehicles.”

He’s going to diagnose your vehicle and tell you everything that’s wrong with it and what I like the most is that he’s completely honest when it comes to whether or not something is of urgency or if you really don’t have to take care of it right away.
