“My fiancé and I have a condo in New Smyrna Beach that, most of the time, is rented. We do get down there a few times a year. We had tile floors that were pretty old and we were definitely in need of a face lift. We’ve driven by Coronado Carpet many times and like the idea of using local businesses. Plus, their reviews were very good. We were not disappointed. When we went in, the saleswoman(I’m sorry I don’t remember her name) was great. She asked what I had in mind and was super helpful in showing me many different floors. She was very patient. She pulled out so many samples, laid them out in the front of the store so I could see them in different lighting. Jeff then came over, gave me the pros and cons of each sample and they gave us the samples of our final 3 choices to take home so we could see them in the condo. We were flying back home 2 days later and they said we could leave them at the condo and they would pick them up. Very accommodating! They were also accommodating with scheduling the installation, even when we had to change the install date. We did the entire condo. They moved all the furniture, pulled out the washer/dryer, put felt floor protectors on all the furniture and installed new moldings everywhere. They sent photos & kept in contact. We came down shortly after they were done and we were blown away. The new floor, luxury vinyl planking, looks beautiful!!! Even the recent renters have commented how beautiful the floors are! We’re so happy and highly recommend Jeff and the gang at Coronado.”

To be honest, it wasn't even the guys at the store (JJ and Jeremy were both very professional and helpful), it was the whole company that also went above and beyond expectation! We had to remove tile that was on the first floor and the demo team did awesome job removing the old flooring and preparing the way for the installation. The installers were seasoned experts at filling settling cracks, fitting the planks, matching the quarter-round, and the final result could not be better!
