When this gym switched ownership from club fitness they changed my $17 membership to getting charged $20 twice a month so I have been paying $40 a month without knowing because I was not contacted about this change. After realizing and speaking with someone they stated they sent out an email (which I did not receive) and told me I could not get a refund and still had to pay for another month for their "30 day cancellation" where they state there is no cancellation fee but continue to make you pay for 30 days from when you request to cancel. Not only that but in order to cancel you have to send them an email and I have not heard back about the email I sent to cancel so who even knows when my 30 days will take place. I know for a fact they're able to give me a refund because I use similar systems at my job and I have good reason to get a refund, there was an increase in membership I was not aware of and if they were unable to contact me I should have been automatically canceled, not just charged more with no knowledge. I am very disappointed in how this situation was handled and will not be coming back to this gym.

I have been going to this club for many years it is now under new owners. I am very disappointed in the coustomer service. I am moving out of state and noticed today that I had a 50.00 annual charge. I called to explain I will be moving and will not even be here. This was after being told that I will also have a charge for this month. AGAIN not in the state. I asked if the annual charge could be lifted since I am leaving. I was going to just pay the HIGHER amount that I was being charged since new membership. But was explained no this could not be done. I would not recommend this gym. If this is how they treat people after several years.

I was visiting for two days. Prior to coming I emailed and got a quick and friendly response from the owner. Upon arriving I got set up with my 2 day pass quickly. This gym is impressive! Every piece of equipment you can think of. There was a women’s only room - which I appreciated for doing some of my stretching. I had questions both days on setup and the employees were so helpful and friendly. So glad to have had this gym while I was in town! Check it out, you won’t regret it.

I’ve worked out in so many gyms over the years and this is by far my favorite. Has every piece of workout equipment you could think of besides a pool, but I hate swimming so personally don’t need that. Never too crowded, people are friendly and respectful, 2 functional training rooms, a women’s only room, a giant regular gym area with all the cardio, machines, and free weights that go well over 100lbs (I know some gyms only have dumbbells up to 100lbs). This gym has a lot of body builders and people who are very serious about fitness, but also people just starting out. You can also bring your kid with you which is a major plus for this single mom. The new owners are making it cleaner and doing renovations so it’s looking nicer inside as well. My dad lives in NYC and anytime he’s down to visit, he wants to go to my gym, and it takes A LOT to impress that man. I workout for mental health benefits and as a hobby, and I consider this place my sanctuary. I’ve also noticed that the new owner remembers the members on a first name basis when greeting them or telling them to have a good day as they leave. I’ve been lifting for almost 2 decades, and this gym is the GOAT for me.

DO NOT JOIN THIS GYM FOR THE LIFE OF YOU. I left this gym 3 years ago. I moved to Miami FL 3 years ago , and I am still being constantly charged to my bank account every month and they charging me every year with annual fees. I am so sick of it. I am not the only one this is happening to. We all need to get together and filed a class action law suit against this gym, I am a single mother of 4 kids and I can't not let this keep happening. I contact the administration and they tell me it's taken care of . It's all lies

My wife tried to cancel my membership two years ago but there was an incredibly mundane process which makes it nearly impossible to get out of. The gym continues to charge me and I continue to dispute the charges through my bank. I do get refunded but charged every month. Since it is not an autopay and the merchant actually charges your card separately each month you cannot block payments for it. When my wife changed her card number they began charging my card for both of our memberships. I am now changing my card number to avoid future charges.It’s a great gym, actually. But they want the cancellation process to be as difficult as possible so that they can charge you as much money as possible before you are off the books.

New owners have taken over this gym and you will find that it is well maintained now. Clean, plenty of room, nice equipment (with more new stuff on the way) and a "women's only" gym area. You owe it to yourself to visit and become a member.

The new owners are really great and this place is just getting better. I never went there before but I do know anyone fortunate enough to take a class or go to the gym with Coach Colson and this gym family will have an excellent experience!

The new owner is so much better than the moron that used to run this place. So glad that Stewart is gone because he was lazy and ran the place into the ground. The new owner is doing a lot to fix the place up.

I used to love this gym, but the guy that owns and "runs" it is a lazy bum that doesn't do anything for upkeep. There's never any toilet paper, soap, or paper towels in the bathrooms. 10 treadmills don't work. He should be embarrassed.

Moved out of state last year & haven’t been to the gym in over 2 years. Won’t answer any communication & I’m STILL being charged. Had to file claims with my bank & put a stop charge with them bc they just refuse to communicate back to me. Sorry I’m now 800 miles away from your facility & see no reason in continuing to support.Oh, & the one time I did go (the reason I stopped going to begin with), I paid extra for childcare & they had a little girl watching the kids. I told her to leave my infant in the car seat & I’d be like 30 minutes. When I came back, my 6 month old was unbuckled from her car seat & left ALONE on the table. After talking to some other people, they weren’t surprised that this happened to me….

HORRIBLE PLACE. Do not go unless you want to be SCAMMED! Signed a contract over 2 years ago that was specifically designed for students with no cancellation fees. Tried to cancel my subscription after moving out of Daytona. Talked to the manager at the time that ensured me there was no issue and it would get cancelled. 2.5 years later and I am still being billed, after reaching out multiple times. Now it has gone to the extent of them BLOCKING MY NUMBER SO I CAN NOT CONTACT THEM. Do not go.

was told over the phone normal hours for Memorial Day, arrived after work (8pm) to find them closed early. Never bothered to return my call from the previous day regarding the same thing.
