I ordered an XL womans rain suit. They sent me a XXL and it fit like a large. I have called and emailed countless times and no one ever contacts me.

I received my order promptly, however I had to return for a smaller size. I have called multiple times and left messages. No one has called me back. I have sent the item back and awaiting a response. Customer Service apparently is not their strongest quality.

I needed to cancel an order I made the same day within an hour. Left NUMEROUS telephone calls, e-mails (mailbox is full), "ask a question" (which no-one EVER responds to (waited and waited and waited for someone to speak with). I will wait 24 hours then I will contact my credit card people to. Rest assured that because of their incompetent customer service I WILL NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM AGAIN!! If you make a purchase with them, make certain that you don't have any questions!!

The customer service is non-existent. They will never answer the phone, leave a voicemail message or send an email and they will never respond. They sent me the wrong rain gear, it took weeks to get an RMA to returned it......returned it over a month ago and they will not respomd....they haven't sent me the correct rain gear or issued me a refund...

They sent the wrong helmet and won’t return emails or calls. They have absolutely horrible customer service. Don’t do business with them you will lose.

I placed an order for two items. They were shipped promptly and received. When opening the box one one item was there. I took pictures and emailed and called multiple times. Nobody has responded. At this point I will likely have to dispute it with my card company.
