My purchase experience with ET&T was exceptional! I'm a Community Manager in Davenport, FL and ordered cabana covers and umbrellas for our community. Josie was amazing from the start in helping decide colors and best product for us. The order came in 3weeks early. ET&T is a fantastic company. We purchased pool furniture and pool side umbrellas for our Assoc. pool. The staff is extremely professional and easy to work with. They gave excellent advise in color and product selection for our needs. Their cost was lower than competitors and they kept us well informed about delivery dates. The furniture and umbrellas look amazing and are of exceptional quality. We would definitely go to them again and highly recommend them.

I recently purchased a Frankford Aurora articulating umbrella through ETT Distributors and couldn’t be more pleased! The entire transaction was handled online and by telephone and their service and attention to detail was excellent. We received our shipment on time and in flawless condition, I had concerns because similar products reviewed on Amazon seemed to have significant issues with umbrellas arriving with damage or missing parts. Zero assembly was required, other than installing the in ground mount we selected. The Aurora umbrella is extremely well built and sturdy and should provide us with years of service, I am very impressed with the quality compared to the made in China Portofino umbrella it replaced.
