Im sure these people are great folk and have a passion for the hobby. And as experienced as they are, they resonate with the experienced customers that come in,saw and heard that for myself. Now if their approach to customer service is let the customer approach then they will lose the noob who knows nothibg listening to the back and forth between obvious veteran hobbyists.I wont slam you guys and will leave 3 stars. But do think about the odd guy that you see show up and be more engaging. In this day and age of I want it now and the internet, you would want more people to cone in and engage a hobby shop,i personally want to speak with those that enjoy the hobby instead of watching a YouTube video,to learn about what parts to buy and such. Now i realize you cant be engaging with every customer this is true but sometimes there are OBVIOUS people that you can pick out of a crowd if you wanted to.I walked out slightly put off by the fact you had no multi battery charger, and the lack of engagement with a customer,so much so i called my bud who's sponsored and asked his input as to what i should be looking for there,as i was there to pick up a few odds and ends like hand tools, wire, shrink wrap stuff ill need in my quad build, and maybe a quadcopter or beginner plane.Treat each customer that walks in as an open wallet that you can potentially pull money out of,with the right persuasions.

Go in for a simple connector to be soldered to my ESC and come out with this mess. I just asked for the extension cable to have the ic3 cutoff and the rest soldered to the wires. Don't know why the person spent another $10 on useless connectors. Didn't notice this until I got home. Definitely will not be going back here. Besides there inventory is small and the person working there wasn't exactly kind either.

Great hobby shop, run by the one and the only Creamy Craig ?? seriously, if you keep buying things online, there will come a time that you will need something same day and we wont have a hobby shop. Support your local businesses. Now, let's go fly!

Needed a Banana/JST connection to charge a battery. The person there was very friendly/helpful in finding the two parts I needed to splice together. Was a quick stop, and now I'm able to charge my batteries!

I went in to purchase a 1/16 erevo. The guy behind the counter said they didn't have any stock and left the conversation at that. I asked if there was anything else that maybe he could show me and he abruptly said no and left me standing there. There were also two other employees that were deep in conversation the entire time I was in the store. At one point I was looking at a small scale car (which seemed impossible considering the guy said they didn't have anything) and one of the two guys walked over and took it out of my hands because he "needed it". My buddy and I walked around and noted that the had plenty of 1/16 VXL Traxxas models in stock. All that being said, who in the world is giving this shop business? The cherry on top is that I bought a 1/16 Erevo later that day from somewhere else.
