All State farm screw me over. Add checks the Republican sent out to me they went to the wrong address several times. They are not trying to help me or keep there word as they have told me. I've only received 2 of my check one I've been told I have another one floating around. I've record my my conversations with them in the days they told me that my check was supposed to come never came until about a week ago this is real sorry I'm being treated it comes from Chris o'farrell's office of Jacksonville FL

Been a customer of State Farm Jim Scott's office in Daytona for over 25 years and have always been treated with the best service and coverage.
Keri Swinick Smith has been my go to through out my entire time with Jim whenever I had a claim or concerns she was always there to answer any and all questions aswell as guiding me through the steps to a stress free outcome.
I highly recommend State Farm agents Jim Scott, Keri Swinick Smith, Ruby Marski and their office staff in the Daytona Beach area for any and all of your insurance needs, thank you Jim and Keri !!!

Quote received in 48 hours for home, car, umbrella. Nice enough lady but DID NOT CALL as requested to advise quote ready, go over questions, etc. ZERO follow up at this point (10 days). I'm guessing the staff is satisfied with current book of business and doesn't need me ?

I have been a customer of with Jim Scotts Office for 20+years. I have not always been an easy customer, however, even when I am difficult I am met with kind, courteous and knowledgeable professionals. I have always been impressed with Jim and staff and trust them completely with all my insurance, investment and auto loan needs.
