Kudos to Justin at John’s Appliances! Our combination microwave/oven was on its last legs. A friend suggested we go to John’s to look for a one. Justin was our salesperson and he was outstanding! He explained how to modify our cabinet to fit in another brand to save us a lot of money. He spent time with us and we didn’t feel rushed. He showed us the different options that were available, including “scratch and dent” units that were out-of box but had no scratches or dents – probably returned because of a size issue. Justin explained the features on the unit we ended up buying and answered all our questions. We are happy with S&D oven we chose and with the service Justin provided to us. We will be repeat customers and recommend John’s to our friends and acquaintances. Justin works the at Palm Coast and Daytona Beach stores.

I recently purchased a washer and dryer online. Unfortunately, the color I wanted wasn't in stock, but the customer service representative, Kelly, was very professional. They offered a price match for the available color, and I appreciate Kelly's excellent assistance. Thank you for the great customer service!

We purchased kitchen cabinets here. Our experience was great. The cabinets are very well made and easy to assemble. We had looked at lowes and home depot and theirs did not even compare to the quality of the ones we got here.

***Uodated***Will not return phone calls for service on an oven. We have left several voicemails over the last couple weeks for multiple departments without a return response. Update: Called and left a message again on 11/23/21 and again no response. Second update: We did finally hear back from 2 representatives and they are now working to resolve the issues with our oven.

When I arrived in Palm coast 8 years ago, I had a very positive experience with John’s- so back I went when I was ready to buy an induction range.I did my homework, arrived at the store, and waited 20 min to talk with a rep. There wasn’t a sample on the floor, but the gentleman I spoke with had glowing reviews about the Profile induction, though he was not able to answer all my questions. I did a bit more research, gave it some thought, and called in the order.I received a call before Christmas when it arrived, and agreed to take delivery when I was back in town. It took three phone calls/texts to schedule delivery in January, and staff reception was chilly.The delivery guys arrived early, and were friendly enough, but left in a hurry, with the range protruding five inches, and a three inch gap behind ( no one warned me at the store that the plug might be a problem). There were four or five sticky adhesive globs, and dust and dirt on the glass top.When I called John’s about the huge gap, and the sticky dirty appliance, they basically said I was on my own.When I had trouble linking the appliance smart feature to my phone, they told me to call GE. (It still doesn’t work. )I really don’t like leaving negative reviews, and nearly all of my interactions with merchants in Palm Coast have been exceptionally pleasant, helpful, and satisfying.Is the staff at John’s resting on their laurels? The folks at the Daytona store are actually less friendly and helpful. What happened?

Prices are comparable to Lowes and Home Depot. However they advertise incorrectly and then don't honor it. Second time in a month we dealt with them and have been disappointed. Thinking time to go back to Lowes and Home Depot for future appliances.

We purchased a fridge from Home Depot and they weren’t able to deliver to the second story. I had advised of this several times over the phone and in person. Needless to say, we had to return the fridge which was not the best experience. I’ll spare you the details. Instead we found Johns Appliance. They were not only able to locate the same fridge we purchased from Home Depot, but it was less expensive as they price match everything. Their service is 5⭐️ from beginning to end. From Braxton Hicks who helped coordinate everything to the delivery professionals who installed and hauled away our old fridge. These guys know what they’re doing! Professional, courteous, communicative! Absolutely a pleasure to do business with. I won’t shop anywhere else but Johns Appliance for any further purchases I might have!! Do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores, go to Johns Appliance you will not be disappointed. Thanks to you all!!

Bought an LG washer dryer from the Daytona store. Joe (from Orange City) sold it to me, he operates like a car salesman - ask the manager this ask the manager that, but I got same day delivery arranged and I was pleased to be able to use them right away. I tried using the steam dry function on the dryer and recognized that the dryer wasn't connected to a water source, so I was unable to use this function. I call the store and ask why it wasn't installed and I get the run around, evidently I'm supposed to ask for it- why would you not expect to use all the features on an new appliance after you PAID for installation??? The dryer should have been installed to use all features!!!So he agrees to send someone out to install with an additional delivery charge! Not a great option but it's all he offered. He scheduled the install with me and then ghosted me!! No one came! I ended up ordering a hose on Amazon and getting a plumber to do the job that should have been done with the delivery! I actually need a new refrigerator but I'm committed to NEVER buying another thing from this business!!

When we were ready, we were offered even better dealswith scratch-n-dent options. Exactly the models we wanted!Saved $180.00 right off the bat!You don't get better than this.
