The staff was nice. Walked in around 745. No appointment to get blood work done I was out probably by 830

I walked in Noone in the waiting room and the girl behind the counter asked if I had an appointment I told her no. I asked her if she could just take me because no one was here. She said the office was appointment only but if you go online to make an appointment there are none available for the whole week. I did end up getting my blood done after my husband called the manager.
But the point is that time the girl was arguing about not having an appointment it could have been done it took less than 5 mins.

Horrible service went there the only lab corp open not one person in the waiting room and they argued with me they won’t take me it’s by appointment only I had to call corporate the lady was on the phone with her friend finally corporate gave permission this would delayed emergency surgery

The service at this LabCorp is always exceptional but I do want to mention Shirley, one of the techs. She is exceptional; pleasant, painless, kindly and it is hard to remember that you're there for what could be an unpleasant experience. This is never so with Shirley. I hope nobody steals her away.

My first time to the location today, i didn't have an appointment, however, the service was fast, and great, from the front office to Shirley, who was a pleasant, professional, and informative. Shirley is an asset to the company. Thanks everyone.

I am posting this just as I complete my appointment because I wanted to make sure that a glowing review was posted. I just had a preemployment drug test and the staff at this location were tremendously caring.On check in the lady at the front desk was kind and thoughtful.Shirley who was my technician was truly a gem. I was nervous because I hadn’t had this done in years and she made me feel at ease and welcome. I have to say do go to this Labcorp location because you will be in good hands.Thanks Shirley for your patience and kindness! I hope your boss sees this as well as patients because your customer service skills are the best! Grateful for you and your help! Diane

I just had to have blood work done at this location. The absolutely wonderful woman who took care of me, Shirley, just did the fastest and most painless blood draw I have ever experienced! Not only was she beyond exceptionally skilled, but she has the most wonderful personality, wit, and sense of humor.
I know blood work is never a good experience, but I can definitely say that going here was the quickest and easiest that I have ever had. Thank you so much Shirley!!!

Went in earlier today without an appointment around 9:30am and was in & out within 45 minutes. Shirley was a delight, funny yet professional and gentle with a needle chicken like me...she made it painless. I can't recommend this location & Miss Shirley enough.
