Came in for a windshield wiper and my toddler needed to poop. Asked for the bathroom and was told it was “out of order”. Sir, and how are employees using the bathroom?? Outside? What kind of monster turns away a toddler who needs to poop. I put back the windshield wiper and left.

There is absolutely no communication between store locations. My battery was dead and purchased the battery at a different store to make sure they would be able to install it at this location (the other store called ahead and ensured this was ok). Even with the receipt of a 200$ battery this store wanted me to drive back for the refund and then re purchase it with them... my CAR WAS DEAD. Called corporate to file official complaints on both stores and only then was able to get help I needed. Unacceptable
