There is absolutely no communication between store locations. My battery was dead and purchased the battery at a different store to make sure they would be able to install it at this location (the other store called ahead and ensured this was ok). Even with the receipt of a 200$ battery this store wanted me to drive back for the refund and then re purchase it with them... my CAR WAS DEAD. Called corporate to file official complaints on both stores and only then was able to get help I needed. Unacceptable

Went in there and left right out. The district manager (Alex) and an ex co worker (didn't catch his name) I assume we're arguing about Advance Auto Parts or Autozone being better.

You call and they don’t answer and when they do they put you on hold and never get back . At store there are so many employees doing nothing.
