You get to the office at 8:03 and it’s already closed. They’re inside, and I don’t understand how they closed so quickly. You arrive with your work done, and they don’t even let you drop it off in the machine. They’re inside laughing.

Great place.. always helpful but WHY?!? Every time we come the FedEx Delivery truck is parked right out front. This parking lot is horrible at best and the area in front of the store is really tight. They park in front, block one entire lane of traffic including the lane coming around the building to enter the parking lot. Surprised there hasn’t been more accidents. It would so easy to designate spots just for the truck. Ironically there are two spot dedicated to FedEx quick stop which are never filled. Trying parking there!!

Needed passport photos. Went to Walmart and they said they no longer do that, went to CVS and they said they don't offer the service, but the employee said FedEx nearby did and told us it was 2 shopping centers across the street. I called, they said they did and off we went. It was quick and easy. The employee was very nice and we were in and out in no time. The best part is that they have a couple of parking spots assigned to FedEx customers only. They're next to the Pinecrest bakery.

Very bad service, very bad way of addressing the public. A man who thought he was God asked me what I had in the box where the label said for Samsung. I regret that people like that provide customer service.

Very disappointing, they did not follow procedure. My package was supposed to be there till end of day. They shipped it back early and now they want to take no responsibility for it. I expect better from a company like this, if you screw over a customer, and it was not intentional, then at least can try to make it right. Don’t just tell them there’s nothing you can do.

DAVID IS AWESOME!! I've been trying to get my lost tracking number for a month. I've spoke to a dozen people and even filed an investigation with fedex. I thought i would call the branch not expecting much. I gave David the package info and within 5 mins he gave me the tracking number. THANKS SO MUCH. LIFE SAVER!!

I'll tell you what happened to me in this place. The truth is that I hate having to go to this place because it turns out that I went with a box to return some shoes with the label that the supplier gave me and the person in charge told me what was inside the box. I told him some shoes. He told me that he couldn't send a shoe box that had to be in another box or a bag. I told him, well, I'll pay for the bag or the box. He tried to put the box in a bag and it wasn't possible, Then he took a tape measure and measured the shoe box and told me it was $7.48. The problem wasn't the box, the problem was paying extra money for something that was already paid for because the label was paid for. So I decided to pay and be polite and leave. But things like this shouldn't happen, that's why we are where we are and this company is going from bad to worse. It's a total disappointment. I don't know when they're going to send letters in this matter. This is a disaster.
