this store need a management and employee overhaul. very unpleasant experience. never bother to mention that they are experiencing a high volume deliveries in the area, as a result my very important package never got delivered on time creating a huge hassle.

This FedEx center is awesome! They're unbelievably fast, efficient and well-run. I print posters there with a few hours turnaround time as opposed to 3-7 days at other places. They have a self-service shipping so you can scan, drop and get a receipt without waiting in line.

Customer service at this store is usually slow. I been to this location a few times before for my shipping needs as its close to home. Sometime last week or the week before that, there is one employee named Dominique, she at times has been inattentive to my needs by not paying attention to my questions i was asking her, because she was distracted by having a conversation with one of her co-workers about their personal business. I felt like when i attempted to gain her attention, her demeanor & facial expression had displayed to me that she was annoyed with me, whatever happened to professionalism? I was trying to find out how much the cost will be to ship out a package that was about 50 pounds with standard Priority shipping during the weekday, in which she told me the price would be between $50-$70 to ship out the box, i paid the amount i was told it would be, and then the next day, i discovered my credit card was charged twice that amount. I don't think i want to come back to this place. In my conclusion, i feel she is a condescending and dishonest person.

I can't speak for every FedEx store but this one I can highly recommend. Staff here are group of people that are kind, professional and eager to help. Today, I left something important behind and it was there when I returned looking for it. We can all relate to that feeling of pure panic but these folks here, turned that panic to vast relief. I am forever grateful. 10 stars.

Horrible customer service . Katherine needs to go she has the worst customer service I’ve ever seen. I made an online order to print and pick up a document and was supposed to be ready when I went to pick up. The order was not ready and they had lost the file. But it was the attitude and lack of care from Katherine that made me just want to cancel and take my business elsewhere.

I came in to return a package to sender. Immediately upon entering this store, the manager "JP" greeted me with the warmest "good morning" as he was assisting another customer. Approximately 20 seconds later, "Charles" approached the counter and in a similar, very cordial greeting said, "good morning & how can I help you"?. I proceeded to explain I needed to return this package and needed assistance in retreiving/printing the senders prepaid label. Charles swiftly obtained my phone, retrieved the data and had the label downloaded to this location. After waiting a few minutes, the manager JP saw me still waiting and ask was I being helped. I replied, " Yes". Charles also replied saying the email had not been received while checking the computer. I stated that I was not feeling well and asked what was their email. He gave it to me and I resent. Approximately less 2 minutes, Charles discovered his initial email and my email which arrived at the same time. Charles proceeded to retrieve the printed label, placed it on my package and gave me my receipt. He then thanked me for my business and wished me to feel better. I was so impressed with their superb customer service, I asked Charles who should I contact to commend them. He directed me to this site. JR and Charles were the most warm, cordial and professional team I have encountered in this decade. I am an older woman who came from an "old school", 35+ career in public and customer service as a flight attendant, sales & public relations. They are rare jewels who are so appreciated in this day and age where customer service is a relic. This store is now my go to and is/will be worth driving the extra miles to get here.

Literally: "we can't take care of you because we close in 8 minutes" (I needed to print only two paper pieces). So, customer service is even worse than UPS, and that's too much to say. It's sad to hire people that care so little.

Don't even bother coming here. The manager is a ignorant S.C. that thinks he's the manager of the world just because he works at Fedex. The Husky short dude looking latin girl and the short pale skin latin girl at the counter is worthless too just like the manager! Rude, annoying, slow and lack any common sense!

This office has the worst customer service in the country, in this store there is a representative name Albert, he is very rude, unprofessional, very lazy and not willing to help instead he is going to try to charge you for any sort of service like helping close a box for $60 or make you buy tape to close a box...
