“Dwayne was awesome to work with. I came in dealing with neck and shoulder discomfort from a herniated disc, especially as my rides started getting longer. He took the time to understand what I was feeling and completely dialed in my position on the bike. Since the fit I’ve felt more comfortable, more efficient, and noticeably better with my power and speed. The bike just feels better underneath me and I can focus on riding instead of the discomfort. Highly recommend Dwayne to anyone serious about getting the most out of their bike.”

“Had a great experience here - Im new to cycling and purchased a second hand bike (Not at Elite) I walked in and asked a couple questions regarding an issue I had with my bike - They where happy to explain what it was and tell me how I could fix it fairly easy myself. They didnt try to up-sale me or tell me I had to leave the bike for maintenance. Which is what a different shop in the area did.
I then went back to Elite and did a Fitting - Marcelo helped answer any questions I had regarding my posture and any other problems you can imagine a beginner having. That fitting made a huge difference to my ride quality and enjoyment. Was even taught to use clip on shoes and was fitted accordingly. Will use this bike shop from here on out ! They gained a customer for life !”

“I visited the shop twice in two days while biking in Key Biscayne, the first time I stopped in & asked if he had any Garmin holder, he didn’t , so he gave me a plastic Garmin holder which he just happened to have & it worked great. The second time I visited I returned with a flat. He fixed it right away & I was on my way. Very friendly owner. They also rent bikes.”

Ramon was a complete lifesaver. He was there from start to finish, managing the entire process and successfully finding the exact part that had stumped everyone else. Not only did he get the job done, but he did it at a great price and with amazing service.
The turnaround time was incredible; I had my bike back in under 24 hours from the time I dropped it off. To top it all off, they went above and beyond by providing a free chain lube and pumping up my tires.

“HIGHLY HIGHLY RECOMMEND 💯 if i could give 100 stars i would. i came here because my bike needed the front tire changed. i called a bunch of places and SOMI had the best prices out of 10 different repair shops. i called ahead to see if i could come as a walk in without an appointment and spoke to Gabriela. Shes a true professional and told me of course they accept walk ins. I came in, gave my bike to Manuel, and i was walking out the door in less than 10 minutes with a new tire ready to go. they didn’t try and upsell me at all. made me feel welcomed. this is the only bike store ill ever use for as long as I’m living in miami. best bike shop in town! 🙌🔥✅”
