Saro modified, repaired and services my 1958 Mercedes Benz 219 Ponton rally car which has taken us all over the world, from Peking to Paris, SE Asia, Africa, the Middle East. Tens of thousands of miles without breaking down. I would not trust anyone else to touch my Ponton. He also services my BMW 2002.

Having read some of the negative reviews of Blitzen Benz I feel obliged to respond. I have known Saro Deravakian and his brother, Raffi, for 20 years. They are like family to me and my girlfriend. But even before I got to know them as friends, they repaired all of our vehicles: Volvos, SAABs, Mercedes, Toyotas. I would trust them with my life and if someone has an issue with them I would argue that the problem is with the customer. Saro is old school. He can fix anything. He is honest to a fault. He is funny. He plays classical music in his garage in the early morning. He loves to sail. He and Raffi are two of the finest people you could meet and calling them on the phone to discuss detailed car issues is not the best way to approach them. They are very very busy. They don't have a secretary to answer the phones. Go there, talk to them in person. Have a sense of humor, because they do. Better, more honest mechanics you will never find.

Low class trash and unprofessional owner. I called to ask about having a new evaporator installed in my car. When speaking with the owner I asked him if the shop was licensed by Mercedes Benz. He said no shop in Dade County was licensed by Mercedes Benz. I told him that Victoriano Auto Tech was licensed. He then said “Well then take it to them” and hung up on me. What a lowlife rude piece of trash. Thank god I never brought my car there.

We own a 2011 S550 with 32,000 miles on it and in the last few years it’s had a few problems like sensors, battery replacement, etc. Every time I’ve had to go to BLITZEN BENZ and meet with Saro and his brother, Rafi, they have been completely flexible in terms of their time, super honest about what works and what doesn’t work and very straightforward about the best way to maintain our car for the long term. Plus, my family believes in spending wisely to maintain a good car. And, BLITZEN Benz is extremely fair about price. Perhaps most of all, I appreciate their enthusiasm and passion for the Benz brand. Thank you Rafi and Saro!

These guys are professional and honest.I had long term issues with my cars and multiple mechanics weren’t able to figure it out but they did and were delightful to deal with. They also checked my car pretty fast even though they are really busy. Much appreciated.

They are very good and honest all the time when it comes to your car repair, I have service my cars with them and they are always good. The only bad thing that is hard to get a hold of them.
