This has been my bank for over a quarter of a century. The S. Lejune Rd. Branch has been a Bécon of hospitality with Maria & Peter as the grand ambassadors of this institution. I’ve done business from Miami to Camino Real Boca Raton. Beverly, in the Palm Beaches is amazing as well. It’s been and continues to be a wonderful experience 🙏

If I could give them NO stars I would ! Complete Racist! Went there on 2 separate occasions before I did this review and the first time I was at the drive up and both of the ladies looked at me and continued about there conversation as if me & my bf weren’t even there! I had to beep the horn to get her attention and when I did she had the nastiest attitude asking why I honked my horn . The second time my bf tried to go inside while I waited in the car and the security and people literally looked at him and went about there way AGAIN as if he wasn’t even there he had to knock on the door then they wanted to try to open it ! A bunch of racist people!! I would never give them my business!

Have been with the bank for over 20 years. Honestly have not changed banks due to the inconvenience of having to change my account number to all my billing information and direct deposit. However, this bank goes against federal banking rules. This bank does not protect its consumers from merchants. This bank functions as if it was still in the 20th century. Online banking with them is garbage. Employees are clueless. I have had my last straw with them and finally decided to leave. There is no purpose in banking with them, if you’re looking for a small bank, go to a credit union. If you have an issue outside of working hours which is on the weekends and past 5 PM on weekdays, you were basically screwed. They are constantly blocking your transactions with no reasoning behind it.

I do appreciate this location directly in South Miami along US1 for it's easily accesible lot. The bank is open during usual hours and since it's a local bank, the service is personalized. I recently visited them with a check and they were quick to process it with kind service. They've recently merged with TotalBank so the rank has grown for them. You can recognize it by its multi-colored hourglass feature from afar. They don't offer a variety of services after hours but the online banking is a breeze to handle. Communicating with your personal banker is quick and easy so your experience here varies from those with a larger bank. Plus, FIU is on the board of trustees so it's another way to represent panther pride. Calling the branch or coming through their drive through teller is easy to do as they are located directly in the center of Miami.

I am not a customer at Total Bank, however i went in anyway to break down a large bill. David and Katherine could no have been more accomodating. They even allowed "Tooket" my golden pup to visit with them. While at the bank, they went over a list of services they offer. Home loan caught my eye, so I am applying.
