This CVS had everything I have been looking for. My other CVS's are always out. Charles, the manager, was up front helping people check out on the self check out machines. You don't see that every day. I really appreciated his hospitality.

Fast costumer service no complaints. My photos were given fast . Outside looks kind of dirty other than that is perfect

A prescription was approved by my insurance on Wednesday. I called and informed them and asked for delivery. They said it'd be deliver on Thursday. It didn't, even though my card was charged for the med. Called on Thursday, they said will be delivered on Friday. Didn't happen. Called on Saturday, they said it'll be delivered on Monday. Called Monday morning, they said it'll be delivered today. This is Monday @5 PM, and they're saying it'll be delivered tomorrow. Based on their history, I can't trust them. I'll probably have to spend time, call again, just to hear that they forgot and will send the next day. ZERO work ethics!Don't waste your time. Send your meds somewhere else.

This CVS always picks up the phone and gets my prescription ready in a timely matter. The staff is also very friendly on both ends. I tried to go to a CVS closer to me after moving but came back to this one because it’s the only location that is good.

this pharmacy is not reliable. i had a medication i knew was going to be a problem filling because it always is with them so i attempted to call all day and the phone line was busy the whole day. finally i got a hold of someone after my prescription was sent to them just to be told they don't have it, would have been nice if they answered the phone earlier so i could have avoided this. then she told me to call back in a week and maybe they will have it. so i waited a week on a prescription i really needed just to be told that they still don't have it and i can call back to speak to Daphne because she places the orders. i asked why this wasn't told to me last week and the tech answers it wasn't her problem. so disappointed. i will not be going back and i suggest you don't either as they do not care about how they run their business.
