I didn't want to give this salon any stars.... Unfortunately I had to, to write this review. I usually don’t leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience at this nail salon. Unfortunately, it was nothing short of disappointing. From the moment I walked in, the staff seemed uninterested and rude. There was no greeting or even a simple acknowledgment when I entered — I had to wait for several minutes before anyone looked my way.
The nail technician was unprofessional and very dismissive. Instead of asking me about my preferences, she rushed through the entire process. The water was FREEZING COLD, I had to ask for correction, she came back with the SAME FREEZING COLD WATER, when I made my second correction, she brought BOILING HOT water. When I told her that it was WAY TOO HOT, she decided to YELL at me and tell me she is refusing to do my manicure.
As someone who works, in customer service.... This is COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE!
I won’t be returning and would not recommend this salon to anyone looking for quality service or a pleasant environment.

Very dirty inside. We showed up when they opened, were the first people there, but still had to wait. Horrible atmosphere. There was no music and an old tv playing infomercials. Decent price though.

125$ for a acrylics with chrome , and gel on feet.... I'll gladly pay that when they aren't using the same foot buffer and cuticle extractor on everyone.

So convenient! They were able to accommodate 2 mani/pedis on a Saturday with very little advance notice with two nail techs who did great work. So grateful for having this gem in south miami.

when i was getting my acrylics, the man pushed my cuticle very harshly with his own nail. he didn’t even clean up my cuticles. most of the supplies he used for the acrylics were dirty and already used. i didn’t ask for the length that i got, i asked for medium and one of the nails were medium and the other 9 nails were short. when i was getting the pedicure done, he didn’t even file my nails to be the same shape, some are swuare and some are oval.Services: Acrylic nails

I didn't have to make an appointment - walk-ins welcome. Pricing was very reasonable for a mani pedi. Manicurist was nice and friendly. The place itself is... a bit crowded with stuff and a bit run down. Selection of polish wasn't the best either. Not sure I would return.

the worker wrote in a tip on my receipt, after she had already added the tip to my total. will never and would never recommend a n y o n e goes there unless they want money stolen from them. and right after i told her it was my birthday? cruel and intentional.
