Two days in a row now I've come to this store to try to get my home internet router exchanged because it stopped working. Both days the store has been closed and the phone number provided just goes straight to a voice-mail. I was told by 2 other T-Mobile stores AND by metro pcs customer service that I can only solve my issue at the store I purchased the router from, they cant even ship out new ones. No other store would replace or even sell me a new router because they are all independent stores. How exactly am I supposed to get a new router if this store hasn't even been open. And there's no sign on the door letting customers know that it's closed either. It was a constant back and forth with customer service. So at the end I just canceled my home internet with them. Definitely better off finding a better internet provider.

Lady named Crystal that was there either was new or she had no clue she didn't even pull my account up to see if she switch me to another phone for free or upgrade my phone been with metro for over 4 years and they are usually very nice and helpful but this lady made me feel like I was going to be ripped off I will never go to that store again and I have been going to the store for years I've picking another store thank you Crystal for your services
