Michael in the textbook department was super helpful about a possible textbook change for a class that my daughter is taking part 2 of this summer and part 1 of in the fall. He went out of his way to look up a possible version change before we got to the bookstore after speaking to my daughter and told her that if she had any problems at the start of to school year to stop by and ask for him!

I felt as though I was constantly being racially profiled in their Starbucks. The lady who took my order constantly gave me dirty looked. She didn’t give my girlfriend creamer with her order and when we asked about it she got an attitude with us. She also didn’t wear any gloves at any point in making the drinks and food. The bread was cooked fully and was mushy in the inside. I would NEVER Recommend anyone to come to here. Especially if you’re black, you’ll feel extremely uncomfortable.

Really dissatisfied with the service as they publicize some pricing on the website and then when you get there it is $30 dollars more than what is on there website.

I love books. I love Barnes & Noble. But this location is an express shop, the likes of which one typically sees at airports. The lower floor is dedicated to textbooks (at the time of my visit they were dispersed across two small shelves), whereas the main floor will please customers in the market for school memorabilia and souvenirs. There is a small area with books on the main floor, too, but a great deal of it is just popular magazines, really. Then there is some species of a Starbucks (spanning area greater than the books area) and cashiers in case someone finds something of human interest in the store. The uniform praise of this location is confusing. Where did I make my mistake? Was there a hidden door to actual literature that I missed?

Amazing service and super friendly management! They always leave my car looking clean as new and smelling very nice. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a quality car wash!

I found the service wonderful at the Sunset Place location. The lady (Michelle) I think was very accommodating with my time constraints and was very knowledgeable about her product. I had my car waxed, and now, 4 rainy days later, my car is still gleaming. It was returned with clean, fresh and with a smile. I just wish I lived closer so I could use this great service more often!

It’s clear that the “new management” is not interested in doing business. The woman working told us that she didn’t speak English, but it was obvious that we did. She told us that because there were 4 cars ahead of us, it would be “cinco hours” until our car could be washed. I said “five hours? Are you seriously trying to tell me that it takes your team 5 hours to finish 5 cars?” She said, “oh yes. Cinco hours.” She clearly just didn’t want our business. I’ve never had this experience here, but perhaps it is the gift of new management.
