Working with Rapid Bio Lab was so easy. We were able to make an appointment day of, within a couple hour timeframe. Walter from the lab reached out in advance to confirm the lab request. He was patient and helpful, offering information to help expedite the process. He communicated well and took very good care. Thank you so much for helping to keep us healthy.

Exceptional service from start to finish!
Walter and his assistant were professional, kind, and incredibly efficient. The entire experience was fast, painless, and seamless — and they even came to my home, which made everything so convenient. I truly felt cared for, heard, and prioritized throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

I went to Rapid Bio Lab for a general testing with blood sample and let me just say that this lab is extremely friendly while still being very professional. Everything is in house and/or in the building. Every single person I spoke to was extremely friendly and helped keep my nerves calm. Thank you Walter for the best lab and blood experience i've ever had.

I am someone who is very nervous going to the doctors and having to take tests. Luckily, I came to the perfect place. Not only did I feel comfortable, but you could tell they love what they do by the quality of work and comfort provided to me and my family. It is also a business that is family run so I urge you, if you need to take any blood work and fear doctors office. COME HERE!!!

Super unprofessionalI find it ridiculous that I made an appointment and get there and the clinic is closed, doors locked , no one it’s there and I called the number on the door a couple times a no one answeredI don’t get how a professional business could confirm an appointment by email and then not show up to workSuch a waste of time and very unprofessional from their past as a lab clinicNot only I was fasting for this test I had to make them time on my schedule to come all the way to the location just to find out no one was going to be working or even at the clinic
