Had a very nice experience today at Super Cuts So. Miami. My stylist was Arlene and she gave me the perfect cut. My hair is ultra fine, Arlene was able to give it some body. I will surely return in the future. She was also very friendly. Super personality.

Stylist: Chris was my stylist. She was friendly and understood my needs. Her haircut technique was above and beyond what I expected.

Waited an hour as they never told us (it was my son and I) that the only two ladies working had two female customers getting hair treatments and that it would be an hour wait. Waited an hour and left. Unacceptable customer service.
