I've been going to BM miami for a few year and I'm obsessed. I can't always afford classes but I adore that they have promotions. Right now they have $79 unlimited classes for one month and I make sure to always catch the deal. They've moved locations so it's a little bit harder to find, but now there's parking! Woohoo! Free for the first hour so you better be quick! They always have lockers, hygiene products internet he bathroom, and SUCH friendly and helpful staff. I can't wait to go this week! My butt always looks amazing after doing bar for a while and my mind feels clearer as they mix pilotes, ballet, strength training, and yoga in one workout session

The Bar Method is an amazing place! The classes are challenging and the teachers are dedicated. I have seen great changes in my body since starting classes here almost two years ago.

I finally found a workout that stuck! Bar Method has such great classes, and I am impressed by how 'doable' they were when I started, even though they're still challenging for me 8 months in. The instructors always give modifications and challenge options, so everything can be adapted to any injuries you may have, or made more intense. There are many membership options and class packs available, so you can find the option that's realistic for your goals and budget. The studio is clean and has great amenities, and I'm so grateful to have found such a great place to exercise!

A complete workout that changed my body. The teachers are focused and make corrections. And they know everyone’s name which makes me feel good. I’ve done this workout on and off for years and I love it!!

I greatly enjoy the classes at The Bar Method in South Miami. All aspects of the studio are very welcoming; beginning with pleasant facility, continues with the person that greets you with a smile, and the teachers are knowledgeable, committed and keep the classes interesting, different and correct and praise in a manner that encourages the student's to improve and drop one more inch.Very glad that Lillian has such a wonderful place for us to exercise and get energized. Love love love Bar Method Miami! Lillian and her team always make me feel welcomed. Their workout completely transformed my body. Their classes are effective and safe--they always watch my form and provide modifications/challenges. I have tried every workout out there. Bar Method Miami, by far, is the place I come back to. Even during this time of social distancing , they are still kicking my booty via FB Live Streaming and Zoom! In just three weeks, I am back in shape. My posture is great, my abs are tight, and my backside is lifted. Thank you, Bar Method Miami! I

Wow !! This place is awesome , really makes you work hard and you feel it immediately. I love how cute the studio is , it's very clean and adorable. The instructors really pay attention to you and make sure you work out the right muscle also the correct posture. It's super worth it . Am totally in love with this barre method . So for now let's just say I am retiring from squats because I plié from now on ;)

Studio is upstairs, just press the button and they buzz you in. VIP style! When I walked in the barre studio I got that warm fuzzy feeling inside. It was soooo clean and welcoming! They have grey plush carpet on the floors that just make me want to lay on it. They have all the equipment needed for the workout. All you need to do is grab a couple weights at the beginning of class and they handle the rest. You really do feel catered to at The Bar Method. There's a couple of windows in the studio bringing in light and a small view of Sunset place. No showers from what I could see but they do have two bathrooms and lockers with locks for your convenience. Bathrooms have most toiletries Incase you forget something. Love working out here!! Only Con: street parking...Cost is minimal but sometimes a little tedious to find. Instructors, staff and clientele are all great! Price for membership is fair for the area and type of workout.
