“Arrived on time, truck was clean, the polite driver got our car loaded onto the flatbed quickly and delivered us safely home. Being stranded on highway 826 with a blown out tire for 60 min any time of day is nerve wrecking, even for a Sunday. Although we grately appreciate the rescue, we don’t understand why our car was driven off the flatbed and into drive on a blown out tire and rim that could add damage, instead of dropping the car directly in the drive. (Plenty of room)”

“Just moved to town a week later my truck broke down in Miami Beach. I went with 305 car care since they provided an all in 1 service, towing and repair. The man i spoke with was very personable, and had a tow truck on the way in minutes. They inspected my truck, got a part on order, and my truck was repaired just 1 day after the part came in. Would recommend their service to anyone and am now a customer for good.”
“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”

“Car battery died while shopping at Kimchi Mart on Dixie Hwy on a Friday night. Called Cutler Bay Towing (and a bunch of others) after AAA kept postponing and postponing.
Only tow company that even agreed to come out to jump start my car. Didn't have cash so zelled the fee after, easy peasy. Guy who answered the phone was very responsive. I could tell the job wasn't that exciting but I think he felt sorry for me.
So easy to say NO to the small jobs. Many do.. These guys didn't. Will call if towing services needed!”
