“Arrived on time, truck was clean, the polite driver got our car loaded onto the flatbed quickly and delivered us safely home. Being stranded on highway 826 with a blown out tire for 60 min any time of day is nerve wrecking, even for a Sunday. Although we grately appreciate the rescue, we don’t understand why our car was driven off the flatbed and into drive on a blown out tire and rim that could add damage, instead of dropping the car directly in the drive. (Plenty of room)”
“Great service. Avoid me a lot of money on parts, my problem was a broken wire and in other places ask for a lot of money on parts and labor. Gold Wins located the problem and solved the issue in a little time and just charge for the labor time, now it’s running again. Recommend as honest people”

“I don't typically write reviews but had to take a moment to tell others what great service I received at Advanced Auto Diagnostics. I worked with David, and I really appreciated that he communicated with me every step of the way. He also spoke English, which was an extra bonus for me since I don't speak Spanish. I know this isn't important to everyone but when you are discussing a car with someone and they can understand what you are saying when you don't really know what your talking about is critical.
His team evaluated my car and he called me to walk through what was wrong and what he recommended. There were a few things they could have done that weren't necessary and he was up front about that so I could decide if I wanted to spend the money. My car drives like new! Oh...and then they followed up with me to make sure everything was good! Bonus! I will be taking my car there for all of my future service needs! Highly recommended!!”
“This may be my second review of any business ever. I have here about 5 or 6 times within about as many years. Always treated with the utmost respect and kindness. They are always willing and able to go the extra mile. However, earlier this week, I was in need of some service and am going through hard times. They not only took this into consideration. They went the extra mile and then some. They took care of my needs and treated me as I would only expect family to treat me. They were unexpectedly empathetic to my hard times, and without me even asking for a break, they charged me well below the value of their service. When I asked for what I owed, the gentleman at the counter blew my mind with what he responded with. “Car battery died while shopping at Kimchi Mart on Dixie Hwy on a Friday night. Called Cutler Bay Towing (and a bunch of others) after AAA kept postponing and postponing.
Only tow company that even agreed to come out to jump start my car. Didn't have cash so zelled the fee after, easy peasy. Guy who answered the phone was very responsive. I could tell the job wasn't that exciting but I think he felt sorry for me.
So easy to say NO to the small jobs. Many do.. These guys didn't. Will call if towing services needed!”
