I live near this location. The staff have mostly been working there for as long as I’ve been visiting (4years) which I love. They’re helpful and they care about the store, the customers, and the service. Great shop to visit.

Ace Hardware in the Walmart shipped center, S. Pasadena, Gulfport Blvd. is a fabulous store. They are so helpful, spending as much time as needed to find what you’re looking for, or looking up the kind of key your car takes and if they don’t carry it, trying to find it for you.
You won’t fall between the cracks like at a bigger store. The prices are reasonable as well as their return policy too.
I highly recommend them. ❤️ Victoria

Small inventory and they're mean. I got there about about 10 minutes before closing and they were having trouble finding the fittings I needed. Finally one of the other guys shouted, it was closing time. He shoved a bunch the wrong fittings at me and shouted for me, three times, to go to the counter. I don't like being treated that way.

Stewart is amazing. He has saved me $1000+ between helping me replace a water line on a new fridge to installing a new vanity. Each time spent well over 30 min explaining the entire process to me. HIGHLY RECOMMEND this ace in particular, over the big box stores

Terrible experience. Went in to simply get my key fob fixed and the two workers seemed to be playing who could make the customer most uncomfortable, and then the manager came in to win the contest. No one was helpful, the one guy definitely tried his best but the cashier and especially the manager were both rude. They could not figure out how to check us out, and we ended up deciding it was best to leave. Would recommend going elsewhere if possible.
