If I could leave a ZERO I would.... These people are impossible to quit. I've had to drive down to this branch location 3 times to close my accounts AND IT STILL ISN'T CLOSED!!! Meanwhile my private banking information is being accessed through the Regions website and they are doing absolutely nothing to prevent this fraud. This bank has caused nothing but problems including FRAUDLENT ACTIVITY (MULTIPLE OCCURANCES), REARRANGING BANKING ACTIVITY TO GENERATE OVERDRAFT FEES, AND THEY'VE PULLED MONEY OUT OF SAVINGS FOR "UNCHARGED (FORGOTTEN?)" FEES WITHOUT MY KNOWLEDGE OR CONSENT!!!! What a disaster!!!! Your money would be more protected if you buried it in the backyard!

The customer service experience was fantastic. Kathy E., is in my opinion a great asset to Regions. She is very knowledgeable and treated us exceptional. Kathy is the definition of outstanding customer service!!
I am glad we chose Regions and having Kathy as our representative was a bonus!

I had one problem but, it wasn't with anybody at the bank. And I told them about the Recording on Regions Auto. I tried to transfer funds from my savings to checking and the Robot kept repeating the same msg. Over & over. So I just went over to the Bank. It's about 3 min. From where I live. Other then All Emply. Are Great Over There. No Complaints. I'd give them 10 stars if I Could. ❤️

Regions Bank is targeting Republican account holders... It starts with a call from the fraud department... Unless you notice that they pretend your card off before the fraud department calls... And then they close your account when you complain.
You may consider yourself warned.

Staff is good but fees are nonstop. Had pay pal send in 40 cents to test the account and withdrew 27 cents in preparation for a large transfer of course regions NEVER misses and opportunity for a new fee with a new name. $36 dollars taken in the name of " early withdrawal fee". Move everything you have to credit unions . Regions will destroy your financial safety with fees you never dreamed of. I think receiving a wire was $45. Never ends escape while you can.
