makes me giggle to see the reviews. if they from actual tenants that is great for this property. wonder if the owner verifies the reviews actually come from tenants or are just people jumping on to help a friend. i was asked to give a 5 star review, Ive never even seen the property. Cant honestly give a review for a property Ive never seen, in my honest opinion, thats just bad business standards

Having lived in SE and SW Florida for 30 years I was still always drawn to the St Pete Beach area. Recently my work brought to the area to find a new home. Lucky me I discovered Bayside Villas and their ultra professional and super friendly Property Mgr. Rachelle. She assisted and supported every phase of application to moving into a beautiful gem of a rental on the water.

Our manager Rachelle and maintenance guy Robert have been fantastic with all our needs. They both go above and beyond to solve any problems that we have. Robert came over immediately when we called with a plumbing problem this morning. They work great as a team and definitely came up with answers "outside of the box" to get it done. We are so pleased with our service here and really hope they stay for a very long time!!!

Had an incredible experience at this beautiful property. The view alone is worth the price. Rachelle was amazing and courteous and took the time to answer all my questions. Top notch service. Thanks for the personal touch. I recommend Bayside Villas to anyone looking for an incredible place to rent.

We have had many managers and Handymen that have worked over the years at Bayside Villas, none come close to the efficiency, effectiveness, and caring of Rachelle and Robert. The teamwork they do is above and beyond expectations. They even help to get us out of a nasty jam, we were in while moving.We would highly recommend them for anybody looking for an apartment.

We recently moved to Bayside Villas and absolutely love it! Rachelle has been SO helpful with us moving in, making sure we had everything we needed and were comfortable. We can’t say enough about her, she makes the place special! Also, Robert has been super helpful as well

I had the absolute best experience, Robert hall was so helpful with all my questions. The apt manager showed me around and gave me her undivided attention. I highly recommend visiting them if your thinking of a place to rent. The views are amazing.

One word - yes. Robert with maintenance has been absolutely killing it, knocking out one order after another. My blinds were broken, he replaced them. The light switch was upside down, he fixed it. Very responsive and lively, loves his job and is super friendly. New grill was installed yesterday by the pool. Property manager position is not filled yet but he's trying his best to wear multiple hats temporarily. The photos they provide for the interior are accurate- this place is nice.Getting the lease was difficult in terms of communication via calling the office, but once I got in touch with the right people, the rest was a breeze. And now I'm enjoying my best life. Couldn't be happier.P.S. you'll need a lot of lamps

I must say, in the last 3 months things have improved greatly. It is a great home for us since 2010. It has been a peaceful, safe place for us. Maintenance has improved since Robert started, hes a great person and just who our properties needed. Thank you.

Worst apartment complex ever. Beyond terrible management. I literally have nothing nice to say about this place. They have put me through countless stress the past 1.5 years and if you want water views there is a MUCH better complex across the street. I highly recommend NOT living here!! Neglectful and beyond awful.

I recently rented an apartment here. I came from out of state and found this property on zillow. The management team was extremely accommodating, courteous, responsive, and professional to work with. The apartment complex location is amazing! I couldn't be happier and more thankful for a great experience while moving.

Stacie is one of the most friendliest, caring, and all-around understanding property managers we’ve ever had. She always has a smile on her face and engages in genuine conversation with the residents. She is also amazing at creating community culture. Her Christmas display was amazing! She has also put on other fun, community events like a yard sale and Halloween contests. Even though we’ve been struggling for over six months with Conamm to resolve our rental portal issue, Stacie has been very supportive of us and understanding in fixing the problem.

I was looking for an apartment and am a friend of a resident here and so I come down to see a rental and meet Stacey Davis the property manager and was blown away by the unparalleled professionalism I immediately encountered. I was stunned by the property’s beauty and location when I got there but mrs. Davis’ knowledge and humble welcoming composure made me feel comfortable and I knew she truly cared about my needs. I unfortunately did not get to rent in time. But would recommend and have done so many times.
