We were standing in line for some time, because our customer service was working alone and working as fast as she could .Another sales representative came up and told our customer rep to stop talking and clapping her hands like( chop chop) saying she talk to much. We felt bad for her. Rep could have been at the register helping the Rep that got embarrassed. I could see the disappointment on her face. That not the proper way to speak with an employee. After she finally helped she started talking!!!. Wow what double standards and rude. I'm giving a 5 ⭐ reveiw because the rep that helped us is well known and very kind. She really don't deserve to be embarrassed and bullied at work. This has to stop!!

INCOMPTIANCE Purchased ited have receipt would not work. 1 min later explain to Rich he would not take back. I left so disappointed with customer service I left item inside walked away never return to this location

I asked for my things to be double bagged. Not only did very rude cashier black woman wearing mask refuse to double bag them she refused to provide me a second bag so I could myself. .entirely nasty

I had the worst experience at this Dollar Tree because of Vanessa the cashier she treated me like I’m a thief because I brought my own shopping bag in the store because I don’t use plastic bag because I’m trying to save the earth every little helps she grabbed my bag oh I need to see everything in the bag myself as I’m checking out with her I’m handing the items to her so I can pay that wasn’t enough for her then I ask too speak to the manager after I just spent 30.00 dollars in the store I felt he should know how I was treated as I’m trying too explain what just took place Vanessa is sitting here yelling her said of the store while she has a long line of customers she’s arguing with me and he didn’t tell her once the customer is quietly trying to talk to me please ring up your customer he aloud it too go on I never been treated so badly before I will never shop here again !!
