Thomas did a great job on my taxes and delivered them on time. He assisted me with questions I had regarding depreciation of rental properties, business expenses, and home exemption rules and regulations. Great experience all around...highly recommended!

Scheduled an appointment with Sharon because I had messed up my family taxes. I was super nervous but she helped me figure out the problem and went a step further and helped me with getting my w4 fixed so I can put myself in a better position next year. If taxes stress you out, you need Sharon. She will be your calm through the chaos. I’ve never went to a tax professional before, but will be returning to her next year.

I had a very good experience at this location. Linda helped me with my taxes and answered all my questions. She was very nice and knowledgeable. the office staff was very nice as well. I definitely recommend this location.

Stay away, don't let this be the costliest and worst experience of your life!I am retired, single, with no W-2 income. I met with a so-called "tax specialist" at the St. Pete HR Block office who assured me that I could contribute the maximum amounts to both my rollover and Roth IRA's. I did... Big mistake, (apparently this is pretty basic stuff, but hey they're the experts) I spent hours over several days, not to mention penalties, unraveling the mess created by HR Block; all the while leaving messages for a manager to return my calls with no response.After their mistake I was offered an insulting, paltry discount on my invoice!Now when the Block-Heads at corporate read this scathing review, I'm sure they'll reply with their usual canned response suggesting that I contact the customer support team. Well I did, multiple times for one simple return! You can check case #'s 10838920, 11197477, 11301385.There are plenty of other tax prep companies out there, use one! Stay away from this incompetent circus

I had an appointment for April 18th at 11:15am. My husband and I arrived at 11. We were told by the receptionist (Ellen) that our tax person John had moved to Mexico and that they had been trying to call us to do a digital tax return. She wouldn't even look at the text reminders of the appointment one received the day before. I explained to her that we don't do digital as I have no computer or printer. She then insisted I had set it up that way. I assure you I didn't. We were there 45 minutes and got no satisfaction. Not even an apology!The only thing they would do was file for an extension and it would cost me $99.After trying with no luck to reach a manager we opted to do the extension.I have been going to that office for more than a few years and we were treated badly. I'm never going back there.

Since I was handed off to someone other than the original person I shared my private information without my consent. He then did not follow my instructions for payment. I have used H & R Block for 28 years but next year I will work with someone else.
