Tareesa is a terrible employee she is very rude I went there too buy some items and I wanted a receipt and she was like oh u think I'ma cheat u outta 50 cent because I had items that came uo too 10 dollars I will never go back here again that not good customer service

I have never in my life had worse customer service. The manager, Theresa was nasty insulting and made racial and ethnic slurs against me. I told her my car wash wasn't working. I had threw away my receipt but remembered the code. The receipt was in the car wash garbage and would like a credit. She told me I was lying. She said I was ignorant to throw out a receipt, and that she didn't believe me and I was just a troublemaker looking for a free car wash! I was so insulted that I went into the garbage and brought back my receipt at which time she started imitating a deaf person with her hands and saying I needed to fill out a paperwork and then I reminded her of some lowlife back alley Southside, St. Pete person. I told her I had a masters degree and was a Financial advisor and that she was insulting me and asked to talk to the owner and she said the owner would run circles around me and that I shouldn't come in her store anymore because I always try to find a way to have some kind of a argument. In my life I have never asked for a refund on a car wash. Nor given her trouble. I buy the most expensive gas 3x a week there. I will never go into that business again. Theresa needs to be fired, she was deliberately trying to entice a fight and I will proceed with legal actions against her and the Store!!!!

Not only does this gas station have corroded tanks, the inside is disgusting. Standing in line, I watched a roach crawl out of the snacks at the front populated counter. When I told the clerk, he literally said "so what, it's all wrapped in plastic anyway". Never will I be back or buy anything in this store.

Very rude unprofessional female employee this morning. I had asked to enter my rewards program and then she stated, “I wish you had asked before, now I have to void this whole ticket. You really need to ask before. I should put up a giant banner that states you need to ask before”. This rant continued, she was so rude and made me feel so uncomfortable that I left my items on the counter to just pay at the pump.All it takes is simply pushing a few buttons. It was not the big deal that she made it out to be.In addition, most things do not have a price anywhere to be seen. It’s also pretty sorry looking inside and needs to be upgraded badly. The bathrooms were nice though.

Got gas, slow pump no bigger, but when I wanted to clean the bugs off the windshield!! The one window washing wand they had was torn up.

Horrible customer service. I bought a carwash with my gas. The code provided didn't work. They refused to come to the carwash and give me a new code, requiring me to come inside. I then became 4th in line. They wouldn't spend 30 seconds and walk the new code outside for me. Their 30 second time savings cost me 30 mins. They couldn't even give me a good reason that they wouldn't bring the code to me while I was already in line. 0 stars, would not recommend. Gas is gas, get it somewhere else and save yourself the poor experience

I feel the 2.9 star is this the store received is more than it’s even work. If I could just leave no stars, I would prefer doing that. In a nutshell, if you wish to be ignored, while giving a business, your money, with no thank you or greeting, come here. You are guaranteed, no greeting and rude service. The sad part about it I think it was the owner. Avoid this place. Don’t waste your money here. Give your money to a place where is more deserving. A place where they actually are happy that you are there giving them money.
