If I was the manager of this Walmart and visiting Parent Teacher night. Or joining a Country Club or perhaps getting Library Card at the local library and the question came up. "Where do you work and what is your position" I would lie. Better yet I would not put myself in the position to be asked, where do you work. Too embarrassing to tell someone I was responsible for that Walmart Marketplace fiasco. Where is ownership? Is there no one visibly of fiscally responsible. Oh well.

How this place is still in business is beyond me. Everytime I go in so unprofessional. Today simply trying to do a return and no one at the desk. about 8 lines ringing.... people dressed in vests and walking around like zombies. they don't know what the heck they are doing - no manager or supervisor to be found. Over 10 min waiting .... This is 3rd time and 3rd nightmare. Will not step foot in this place again.

Don't bother with online grocery order pickup here. The service is atrocious. After getting a notification on the Walmart app that my oder was ready, I drove to the store and checked in via the App. It took 23 minutes before the person came out. While waiting, I tried to call their phone number for curbside pickup, and no one even answered. So I left a message. Getting home to unpack the order, there was about $10 of items completely missing. Also, the potatoes were crushed to a pulp. (see picture) . I had to spend almost 30 minutes on Chat at Walmart.com to try to get a refund for the many missing items.

This is the worst Walmart I have ever been in. The employees are the rudest I have ever encountered. None ever acknowledge customers. There are always busy on their phone.

Worst Walmart ever. Looks like a neighborhood dive. First grocery order day one of vacation delayed by 1-2 hours. Only let you know when it was time to pick the groceries up. Delayed dinner for hungry, screaming kids. Second day, went to pickup a second order. All pickup spots filled with lazy-ass customers who wanted a close parking spot. I called the number on the sign to let them know I was here, it went to a full mailbox. WTF. Called the main number and was told they were busy and I'd need to use the app to let them know I arrived. I didn't place the damn order so had to chase the person down that did. Avoid this place at all costs.

Just sad. 3 employees standing around the front on their phones "supervising" the shoppers checking out. Only to spend more time helping or waiting to get their attention then to just pay them as cashiers. WalMart is beyond the point of care. They know who they hire and what they expect from them. The laughing joke is the people who continue to shop there. If it wasnt for the fact only Walmart and CVS took this health card I get comped for, I would never shop here with my own money. Rude, entitled attitude, that you're the "inconvenience" for making them work and ring you up and god forbid if you challenge them they try to get smart with you because "its your fault". Walmart thought they were saving payroll removing cashiers but it now takes longer to check out shoppers. Instead of having people who are paid to check you out with haste because thats their job, you're now stuck behind incredibly incapable shoppers and worker's creating one dead lane after another wasting everyones time. Every store is like this. No one wonder people shop at other companies without the Walmart attitude, and they seem so proud of it. They promoted the cashiers to "guest supervisors" and now they think they're too good to be cashiers. I work retail, so I know first hand why this company is imploding from within. Arrogance, regardless of the position in the company.

Disinterested front end. Maybe it says more about the management than the employees. Unpleasant experience most of the time.

$15 for a beach towel? Seriously? Total rip off. Ok. Fine. Can I salvage anything from here? Not really. Food was pretty limited, produce was scarce and the bags of lettuce were already turning. Go across the street to Publix or drive to a different Walmart.

MILK (BAD!) this is our 3rd milk that has gone bad within 2 days of bringing it home and with OVER A WEEK AND A HLF LEFT for exp date. I got sick twice already within minutes of drinking the milk. My boyfriend thinks it's just the Walmart Brand Milk, which is the dummest thing I've heard him say because No Milk should smell to taste bad like this, like ever!!!

It's very irresponsible for Walmart not to in force their employees to wear masks properly. I will no longer buy from the delicatessen. The guy in the deli doesn't cover his nose with his mask. It's unbelievable that he handles food with his mask hanging off his chin. I have seen what appears to be the manager walking past the deli, even stopping to talk and not asking the deli employees to mask up. If a mask isn't warn properly it doesn't protect the worker or the customer.

This location has been here for a few years, I live 2 miles away and have only been here twice. After the beach yesterday evening I came in to purchase a chicken, milk and tomatoes for someone else, I paid using a United Health Card. There were no registers open and only customer service, basically it was all self serve checkout lines, which I never use, anywhere!! The lady seemed familiar with the United checkout card, great, or so I thought? She rings up the milk, tomatoes and the whole chicken last, then she says to me, you owe me $7.99 for the uncooked chicken? For those of you reading this who do not know, United Health cards are to be used for "healthy" foods only at the grocery store, not for candy, ice cream or sodas!! The lady working at Customer Service says to me, well I guess chicken is deemed NOT healthy?? Luckily I had my debit card with me to help pay for the order, while I am waiting for my receipt, a girl next to me who also just used a United card for one of her patients was having an issue with her receipt, she has a bag full of M & M's candy, soda pop and Blue Bell ice cream, I asked her if the United card covered the candy and soda, she says yes, of course!? So they charged me for chicken, claiming that I picked a unhealthy item, yet they put candy and ice cream thru, which was excepted. I do realize I am not dealing with Neurosurgeons at Walmart and never claimed, nor implying they are trying to make mistakes, but when they ring someone up ahead of me with a bag full of candy and snacks, then not ring up a whole chicken and told me to my face that the chicken is not healthy food, I was blown away! This location also has employees with earphones in their ears while they are working and on the clock who are listening to rap music while they stock the shelves, so if you need to ask an employee a question, the man took his earphones out while rolling his eyes at me, there seems to be no management watching or paying any real attention, that or they simply don't care. This store needs to be bulldozed and something new put in here, it's honestly that bad!

I would give them 5 stars but the pharmacy associates are not wearing face masks when working where they are filling prescriptions. don't knows why they aren't /they wear masks when waiting on customers but the rest of the time the masks are not covering nose or mouth Chin straps is all they are . have seen this going on on 3 occasions. first time one pill counter wasn't wearing mask as it should be worn and the last time 4 people were not wearing them right.. maybe a reason but seems to me their germs can be spread in the whole store.. thinking of never going there again why take a chance???

I was just in there around 5:30pm today. Not many items had a handle carry basket. Got to my checkout, nice lady asked me to remove items from basket. Did so. I placed empty basket on checkout counter behind me that was closed. Girl at checkout, closest to the entrance, she had all this metal in her face. Makes statement "sir, that's does not go there". I sat it down on floor next to same location. She then tells me where I need to put it. I told her I am not getting out of line to take it. I will damn well do it when done. Then mouths off about being disrespectful. You are in the service industry. Don't instigate a problem that is not necessary then try to ramp it up with a smart ass remark. By the way, a lady shortly after came by and picked it up. You may want to have the small baskets by the door, not the service counter.

This place is AWESOME! This store is worth the extra half mile haul, and that's saying something because the crosswalks on the way all favor the cars to crazy proportions. Never ran into an employee that was less than friendly, a nice lady asked if I needed help scanning my gift card barcode at the self check out! Nobody even made a face when I would up going through the lane 3 times, to use up my gift card. The staff kept their cool through this pandemic of the Coronavirus, and I am so grateful. I can see that the wal mart stereotypes I saw all over the internet do not apply to this location. GOOD JOB debunking the myths of the internet! And you have these great value "pop tarts" that taste even better then the name brand, and are $1.50 for 12. Where else can one find that kind of a deal?!

If you wait until noon to shop you are probably out of luck even for the basics. I realize that there is a large population using this store and keeping enough stock on hand is a problem. They would need multiple trucks to keep everything on hand. I have recently seen all the Coke shelves empty and the bread down to nothing and most of the meat counter very low and even water sugar and other staples sold out. They continually drop items we use all the time, a Corporate decision not the store and sometimes you will run into a useless vendor. The store staff is with few exceptions very helpful and always pleasant. BUT this store has a very bad problem! Now it is not the store itself but the parking lot. There is a chronic panhandler who if refused starts cursing and using obscenities. He is very aggressive and really needs to be removed from the store parking area. Yesterday there were a couple of aggressive panhandlers (the usual one and one on a bicycle) this gave me pause about getting out of my vehicle. I was close to the entrance and just drove off to another lane when two Pinellas county deputies showed up. Do we really need police protection to shop in our reasonably safe and quiet neighborhood? I have never seen a panhandler at the PUBIX across the street nor do I remember any at Winn Dixie either. It might be a good idea for the management staff to find out their secret and implement a more protective environment. Who wants to be accosted on the way to do their grocery shopping in their own neighborhood.
