It's not as awesome as the mighty TD Bank, but comes pretty close! Opened fairly recently, the location has great parking, four lanes of drive through transactions and an inside ATM as well as one outside too! They have implemented Regions' new customer friendly approach, with "assistants" seated behind cubicles who deal with you one on one, no matter what your problem. I was able to replace a lost debit card and reset a pin number on another card right on site in a matter of minutes. The room is spacious, they have an actual greeter to direct you to the next available customer service individual, the customer service people are kind, warm, friendly and very, very helpful. Thank goodness for this branch; otherwise, I'd be tempted to close out my Regions account. A special thank you to Nicole Johnston, with whom I dealt, and who helped me with several other issues as well. A very charming employee who presented the best possible face of the "new" Regions! Kudos, Nicole!
