When I arrived he showed me my brakes & they were in good condition. He said he couldn’t perform a service & charge me for something I didn’t need. It’s great to know there are people who still have integrity in this world. They are now my go-to when my car needs serviced or an oil change.”

“After SUV cracked side window damage & chipped windshield glass caused by recent tornado, we proceeded to Safelite N East Ave Panama City for replacement & fixes. Office staff there was attentive, pleasant & thorough setting up our apt. Darrell in the warehouse ordered & received correct VIN # replacement glass & John did an excellent job replacing our cracked side window meticulously with the new window glass, as well as sealing the windshield chips so they were barely detectable. The whole experience there for us snowbirds was exceptional! The only downside is that their automated phone system could be more user friendly, but we didn't have to use it much, since they kept us informed by phone, texts & emails. Nice work Safelite, start to finish!!”

“After a rough patch with email at first, communications were established and a successful installation of two large window spaces were completed. It was a four week turn over from measurement to installation now that manufacturing is starting to catch up in 2023. I have absolutely no complaints. I have all the paperwork, warranties and inspection in hand as well as perfect windows replacing the 1992 sorry ones they replaced. The men who installed walked me through every step and got approval through those steps as well. They cleaned up after themselves and (best yet) they were cheerful and cordial.”
