Children’s Harbor ensures that brothers and sisters, as well as pregnant or parenting teen moms and their babies are able to live together in a safe and loving home while in foster care. Our Family Strengthening Program sends family support counselors into homes throughout Broward County that are experiencing personal crisis to help support, stabilize and prevent the breakdown of the family. Our Independent Living teams provide housing, life skills and wrap around support to teens who are aging of foster care to guide them towards self-sufficiency and independence.
