This CubeSmart, while well maintained, safe, etc. has continually raised prices to where I'm paying ~$600 a month (it was $300 in 2022). They know you can't go elsewhere and raise the price every 6 months to a year. I'm moving out because I can now save $400 a month which covers the cost of any movers. The entire industry needs to change and there should be price limits on how much they can raise the cost because leaving is difficult, especially for those with disabilities. I called the manager to explain how expensive they are relative to what I'm seeing and they offered absolutely nothing to me to match or even close the gap. Terrible customer service.
