I am extremely disappointed with the poor service that I received today for my 2017 challenger. I am rating this as 1 star because I don’t have the option to go any lower. I called on Tuesday to schedule an appointment for Thursday at 8am for an oil change and tire rotation. When I arrived in the morning today to drop off my car, there was no record of my appointment. That was issue # 1. I had spoken with David. He then called me to say that he recommended that I do a radiator flush & refill. I agreed to have him do it. He then called me just prior to my car being finished that the tech left for the day with the adapter, so it wasn’t being done. That was issue #2. Before I left the shop I asked if they rotated my tires & again, David said that they did. After I got my car home, I looked at my tires and noticed that they had NOT been rotated. That was issue #3. Lastly, David put on my invoice that not only did they rotate my tires, but that I declined to have my radiator flushed, both of which were flat out lies & incorrect. That was issue #4. I will NEVER bring my nor my wife’s car to this Goodyear ever again.

I had a much better experience at the Goodyear location in Southwest Ranches, thanks to Service Manager David Campbell. He was professional, attentive, and genuinely listened to my concerns. Not only did he handle my tire inspection efficiently, but he even recommended a great local pizzeria to check out while I waited.
David’s excellent customer service is a stark contrast to the dismissive and rude treatment I received from the Pembroke Pines Service Manager, Francisco Marino. Francisco could definitely learn a thing or two from David about how to treat customers.
If you’re looking for a Goodyear location where your concerns are taken seriously, I highly recommend the Southwest Ranches service center. David sets the standard for great customer care!

I started my day on a low note and ended it with a nail in my tire. However, my luck changed when Mr. David Campbell and his team stepped in. They provided exceptional, A+ service and displayed nothing but professionalism and class throughout the entire tire repair process. I can’t praise his team enough for their outstanding service.

LOOSE LUGNUTS!
I bought 4 new great tires and got them installed. We drove up to Gainesville and had to get towed because the front left tire was loose. This oversight is negligent and could have killed somebody. Please do better about thoroughly checking each car.

Walked in at 4:45pm to get a flat repaired and though they were already busy until closing at 6pm, Rafael was very helpful to fit me in and get it fixed.
Would definitely recommend!

No stars. I've been using this Goodyear for about 15 years and was great in the beginning under old management. I have a business with multiple trucks and personal cars that I always brought to them. Being work trucks they always did their best to get me in and out as quickly as possible. Not anymore, they don't care about their customers. I was there a week ago and had 2 tires put on with new valve stems and an oil change. Wake up this morning with a flat. Realizing it's just the valve stem I head up to Goodyear and explain they just installed a week ago. Their response we will have to charge you and you'll have to leave the vehicle for about 4 hours. Are you kidding me. Piss poor customer service. Drive to discount tire down the street. Never been there before. In and out in 20 minutes and no charge.

Absolutely horrible! Tried to scam me out of an extra $350 foe tire pressure monitors that work perfectly fine...shameful this place!!!
