this is the shadies of rental car companies, did an expedia reservation for my parents for 260, my parents went there to pick up the car and they ended up paying over 500, i was so mad, good thing i wasnt there, they wouldnt have done that to me, but because they are old and dont know how it works, they scared them and sold them so many add ons and stuff, so mad at this stupid company. i would never do business with them. scammers thats what they are.

Excellent experience with this local branch. They had a driver waiting for me outside Genesis to bring me to location to pick up my rental. They hooked me up with a brand new Volvo XC90 to match the “luxury” level I am with my own car. Tony, and the other gentleman (missed his name) were excellent and friendly. The rate was not horrible and the cars are definitely better than National. My return was just was just as good. Quick and efficient and got dropped off at the dealer again before close. Will use them again!

They tried to rent me a dirty car, then tried to play stupid as if they didn't just receive the car back today from a prior rental and neglected to fully clean it.

Customer service here is terrible. I’m not sure why I was able to pick up at 12 if they close at 12. I think maybe they should fix the booking service it would probably save the associate from constantly repeating every second that he stayed for me and that’s he has to go.

There are thieves in this spn agency. And without shame and with all impudence they recognize it on your face. If you leave your car without gas, according to them, they charge $10 a gallon for gas. Not even if they poured pure oil into it. Do they show in which city in the United States a gallon is at $10? Thieves and incidentally charge it to your card without consent. Be serious and organized in your transactions. I don't recommend them at ALL, THEY ARE IRRESPONSIBLE, they made us take whatever insurance they wanted and $140 gas charge for a Camry that fills up with less than $40 WHAT ABUSE

The guys are clowns - manager seems shaky lol hung up on my face after asking him for their info - complete liars disputes with Amex and making formal complaint with hertz. 0 experience in customer service and the branch unfortunately will loose because of it. I’m sure they’ll have some generic response shoukd be fun to read

The absolute worst company to deal with they charge the wrong rates they have no idea what’s going on manager is a joke has no idea what he’s doing will cost the branch a bunch of bad reviews and complaint with hertz as well as a dispute with Amex

Hurley was the sales person that took care of us. He really tended to our needs; he explained our rental agreement and made us feel important all the way to handing out the keys to the driver and passenger doors, umbrella at hand cause it was raining!Great service with a smile ?

Was one of the only places I could find a last minute same day rental which was great. That said this location is underwhelming. I ended up driving a Ford Escape that had 67k miles on it which is pretty high for a rental. The car was ok and got me from A to B. The person who took care of me looked like he was on little sleep and said maybe 10 words. He wasn’t unpleasant just didn’t seem to be happy when customers were walking in.

Stuff is not friendly or attentive. Waiting room full of people. Would not recommend. Check in takes over an hour.

Staff is rude. I responded to him. He told me lower my voice. My dad is signing and pressing green with the pen and he wants to grab it out his hand.
