“I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Louise Diaz from the Gardening Department. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. She took the time to guide me, gave me great suggestions on choosing the right support for my tomato plants, and even helped organize everything I needed.
What truly stood out to me was the young gentleman who assisted in packing my items and bringing them to my car. His attitude was exceptional—polite, respectful, and genuinely kind. It’s honestly so refreshing and admirable to see someone so young working with such dedication and professionalism. While many people his age may be spending their time elsewhere, he is building something meaningful with his work, and it shows.
